Jack was able to repair a cigarette burn in my back seat and when he was finished, you couldn’t tell the difference. A real lifesaver. When I went to pay, he didn’t have change and shorted me $ 8. He justified this by saying the material was $ 20 shipping which wasn’t charged. All in all, I paid $ 50 for material and $ 150 labor(plus the $ 8). I’m glad the repair was made but when I left, I felt kind of slighted.

My 96 camaro convertible was seeing its last few moments of life. The glass window was delaminating from the the bottom canvas and after months of attempting to use window weld, duct tape, and even hot glue for desperate times, I decided it may be time to bite the bullet and just get a new top. I called around a few spots and they mentioned charging almost up to 1800! I actually found Jack through Yellow Pages and after calling him, he sounded just like what these other reviewers described, «an old time craftsman»! He gave me a reasonable price so I decided to come in to check out the shop. He was a great guy. We checked out the parts catalog to show me the price the top would actually cost along with an estimated time it would take him. I brought in my car for one day and he was done! It looks great so far. If you’ve never been to an auto upholstery place before, give him a call. He gave me the best price and service then any of the other shops I called around the valley(San Fernando and Santa Clarita!)

Jack is an old time craftsman who has accomplished most every kind of upholstery task you can imagine. He was extremely fair in price and fantastic in quality. I would trust my most valuable possession to his hands. Thanks Jack for all you gave.

Went back for another job and still very happy with their work. BTW, it’s a little hard to find because they’re in the back of one of those multi-tenant auto repair complexes. Just drive through the alley/driveway and turn left, then go down to the end.
