STAYAWAY! In Touch America will put you on a contract that renews itself! I still don’t know how this is legal but I was shocked when I found out. If you try to cancel the contract they will charge you $ 350 plus all the discounts you received on the phone! Complete rip off! At the end of the day this could be over $ 1000 for each phone line.

Wow i have been with Intouch America for years and have loved there customer service and there cell phone service! But there new low rates i think starting around 8 dollars a MONTH!!! i was so happy that theirs a company out there that looks out for the seniors. We don’t use a lot of minutes but its very important that we have a cell phone for emergency’s. I personally don’t want to be walking around with a big clunky jitterfly or whatever its called. I love my Intouch america phone! its still easy to use but stylish at the same time!

My mother has used Intouch Americas service since 1992 and will never switch service as she loves the service and amazing customer support shes received for 20+ years., When I was old enough to get my own cell phone plan I went to the normal providers but no one was offering the plans that Intouch had so I signed up when I was 18 in 2008 and still have there service today! The best part? whenever i have a problem or my phone isn’t working i just pop into there store on Ventura blvd and the guys at Custom Mobile Sound(Intouch Americas store) are so nice and helpful. OR if i don’t have the time to go to there store or i’m not in town THEYSHIPME A LOANER to use!!! and i send in my broken phone to be repaired and they just send it back in a timely manner. Truly excellent customer service! Will be with this company for a long time!!!

My experience has been awful with them. They are trying to extract a $ 250 termination fee because I did not notify them in writing 30 days before the end of the contract that I wanted to change. This is after I called their customer service a couple of months before and was given the ending date without a word about the notification.

Been with In Touch before it was In Touch. Mel at Custom Mobil Choices in Tarzana is the best… he can get any electronics to work and even better he can teach a computer challenged person like me how to use it. Jasmine at InTouch is the best at customer service. Been with them for over twenty five years and would not consider changing.

I got a phone from InTouch America about 6 months ago and it was by far one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have an awesome phone that has a full keyboard but is also small and light weight, it does so much it amazes me sometimes. I left my previous cell phone company because I kept dropping calls and had the hardest time getting any type of help from their customer service. I must say I am extremely satisfied now… my experience has been amazing. The quality of service is amazing; calls are very clear and I haven’t dropped a call yet! Their customer service is also superb, I had a billing question and not only was I able to reach someone immediately but they were able to help me quickly and without drama. These two issues have been pleasantly surprising. You always read so many bad things about cell phone companies but I have been so happy with my new service that I had to share my experience. I definitely recommend InTouch America to anyone that wants inexpensive high quality service and easy to deal with customer service!

Be careful of their fine print. They don’t tell you that they automatically renew your two year initial agreement and lock you in for an additional year, not month to month if yo dont notify them in writing 30 days before your two commitment expires. The customer service rep made the excuse that because they have the lowest monthly plans that they can’t contact every customer to let them know that their plan is expiring. I get that but I also don’t think they should be sneaky and slip that automatic renewal into their fine print. Lousy customer service. I guess you get what you pay for.
