I’ve been coming here to get my hair done for the last 3.5 months and I am recommending this place for hairdid! I’m so glad this salon has the hair color I have been looking for: blue silver. And reasonable price too.
The staff are great professionals and super friendly and direct! They will give you their best opinion and consultation. No more Supercuts for me!

SHEA… you did me proud today!!! I am in love with this color you did for me today. You completely nailed it! This was my first time going to Citicuts and I will definitely be recommending my girlfriends to Shea. I explained in detail exactly what I wanted and Shea took the time to explain to me step by step what exactly needed to be done to achieve the color I was going for which was a ash blonde. I walked into citicuts with dark roots and PACOIMA ORANGE hair as Shea put it… and I left looking like a completely different person. I’m so in love with my color! I won’t let anyone else’s fingers touch my hair but Shea from now on! And all the staff are so friendly and sweet… highly recommend! Thanks again Shea. YOLANDA

Worst place to go to get hair cut
Took my grandma yesterday and the guy didn’t even know how to hold scissors
He seemed drunk
And the minute we walked out of there we saw the guy going to the store and coming out with a can of beer in his hand
Since when it’s ok to go to work drunk or get drunk at work?

If you want excellent color, the guy you want is Shea. If you want a good haircut just the way you would like it, the guy you want is Shea. If you want styling advise, hair care advise, and want to be taken care of, the guy you want is Shea. And at a very very very reasonable price. I’ve been following Shea to wherever he goes for the last 20 years, simply because I just won’t trust anyone else with my color. Originally I’m a dark brunette, but no one would be the wiser when they see me. I’m a blonde with rich highlights. Everyone I know asks me who does my hair. This new shop, Citicuts & Color, he is at is cute, clean and very easy access with plenty of parking. Good luck at your new place Shea! And thank you for the great blonde bombshell look:)

I have known Shea, and he’s been doing my hair for over a year now, and I’ve NEVER been happier with my hair! Now that he has his own shop, it’s EVEN MORE FUN!!! He takes the time to research what is the best product for your type of hair, and followed through with keeping up on the education of what will continue to work best. He made a fresh pot of coffee for me too! I cannot say enough good things about him, and Citicuts! I’ve been having my hair done for nearly 40 years at MANY different places, including Henri Bendel’s in New York City, and I STILL say Shea beats THEM ALL!!!

Ladies, if you want a guy that is really concerned if you are happy, go see Shea. He is a color expert and actually loves working with hair after many others get burned out. I have naturally curly hair which is thinning, not to mention it’s fine and porus, grabs color, often times black if someone does not know what they are doing. I’ve had horrible hair times. Shea is like a color wheel. No really trust him., Their prices are reasonable.
Richard also is an excellent choice for the men and he too aims to please.

Unilocal does not have enough stars to give the man that has been doing my hair for the past 20 YEARS… Best relationship I’ve ever had!!! Shea … You are the best and the only one I truly trust with my hair!!! Excellent cut. I’ve been going here for years and Richard who usually cuts my hair is very experienced and is definitely one of the better hair stylists I know and I’ve known a few. He takes his time and makes sure everything is perfect. I couldn’t be happier with my hair cut!

I think I just got the worst haircut ever at this place. This guy did not appear to really know, what he was doing. He was cutting my hair dry which I have never had done before andI had to suggest he spray it down. I would not recommend this place.

I discovered this salon inadvertently, it looked cool.
I ended up getting color with Shea, amazing, a color expert. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and he worked with me to find the color that worked specifically for me, and trust me, I’m extremely choosy about my color.
So happy with my color and style.
