Century 21 EDVA Realty

My wife and I have been looking for a house with Edward from EDVA Realty. Over the past few months Edward has been assisting us in trying to find that perfect home. During this time, he has been very patient, providing recommendations and following up on properties we find on our own.
Edward’s response time is extremely quick, he does thorough research on places of interest, always comes out to show us properties when we request, and if he is unavailable, has someone come out from his office to assist.
Most importantly, he is extremely knowledgeable about the market, he is not pushy at all, makes educated recommendations on what’s a good value, what to look for, and how much potential the property has. With Edward, we feel comfortable and know we are not being misled.

As our buyer’s agent, the thing we heard Edward said most was «let me handle it for you.» Let it be a request or rearrangement with the Seller, or a strange delay in our loan approval, Ed handled it for us, and he handled perfectly.
I guess his excellence started from the very beginning. Before we met Edward, we were so used to see nice properties gone with a blink of eyes. We kept shopping for houses with 2 other Realtors for 6 months, offering 50K above the asking price on at least 3 of them, only to get frustration in this tough market. Yet, Ed got us the first property we went on a tour with him — a beautiful town-​home in the convenient Glendale, even at a little below the asking price!!! I simply don’t know how he did it, but with him we beat the all-​cash offer at the same amount!!!
It was a total pleasant experience with Jerry. He explains very well — you know how this is important for us virgin home buyers. He answers questions so thoroughly that it could become too much for my shy husband to handle sometimes:-) Last but not least, we felt absolutely no push from him to seal the deal beginning to the end.
Now we are finally home. Thanks to the outstanding job of Edward Frish and his team, who we highly recommend.

kept email this guy edward frish and wasnt getting the answers. when i finally reached him, he said he couldnt get a hold of seller. but, i moved into his listing and they still had furniture inside the property that was supposed to be moved out. very unprofessional about making sure the property was in move in condition.

This is a real eastate agency that employees a Very unprofessional agent by the name of Annabelle Rodriquez she has zero knowledge when it comes to maximizing relationships! Never do business with her and never take her Real Estate Principles Course– God forbid you loose the DVD she is none too helpful. In addition if you question her rude tone and behavior she hangs up on you! Avoid her at all cost! It’s unfortunate because Century 21 has such a good brand, but not with Annabelle aboard!
