Very knowledgeable doctor with excellent bedside manner. He is honest, kind, and warm. He is confident in his expertise which is reassuring and was responsive to my after visit questions when I emailed him. Highly recommend!

Dr. Birns is an amazing ENT. He is so informative and his bed side manner is outstanding. He was wonderful with my son. He made him feel so safe during his visits and procedure. His staff as well is wonderful. I highly recommend him and I would give him more stars if I could.

Dr. Jeffrey Birns is a great pediatric ENT physician. Highly recommend. His partner Dr. Ali Strocker on the other hand is knowledgable but she has horrible bed side manner. I had brought my three toddlers to the office and when my mom took a few lollipops from the basket as we were checking out, she scolded my mom and told her she can only TAKE ONE. She is cheap and rude and is lucky I didn’t say anything to her about her dog roaming around the office which is clearly unprofessional in a medical setting.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Birns. Extremely knowledgeable, competent, and experienced. In addition, he just seems like a kind, caring, and compassionate human being. He was great with my 4 year old son. Took the time to explain everything about his allergies and what we can do to help him. If you are looking for a pediatric ENT, I would look no further.
