Beautiful store. I’ve came into this plaza several times and wanted to go in the store and today I finally did. I love all the clothes. Nice to see its designer wear the only problem I have is that it caters to small women sizes 0 – 4 is all I saw. When I did see L size blouse, a woman in her late 40’s should be wearing that. I’m in my early 30’s. The blouses that were made for my size since I am big breasted were not attractive. I still will refer it to my other friends who would stop by here and would want a designer cocktail dress. Staff was nice and I’m sure the owner is nice too. She was just on the phone doing business. I appreciate a woman handling her business.

I LOVE this boutique!!! this is my favorite shop in the valley. Billy’s carries the most beautiful things, great selections like Philip Lim, Autumn Cashmere, Rag and Bone Mara Hoffman the list goes on and on a great selection of jeans, blazers, leather jackets and furs. Billy’s staff has the best customer service they even take the time to send me pictures when I don’t have time to make it in the store. When I need an item for special occasions they pull things for me so when I arrive at the store I feel very special that they took the time to do that for me. The store has a great vibe. I am truly addicted.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, first of all, all the stuff in the store was from previous seasons. Also I was meeting a friend and nobody was helping her until I walked in with my Designer Bag and that’s when the manager ran out and started pulling out outfits(extremely classless and shallow). Then after 5 minutes of looking at all the clothes and seeing they were full price for old styles I guess I started to show some disinterest so she suggested looking at sales racks but we said that was fine she told us «if you want to find something for under $ 100 go to Jane a couple stores down because you won’t find anything here». I was so utterly shocked that a business owner spoke to me so disrespectfully that I immediately left the store. So not only was her stuff old & overpriced but she was so incredibly rude that I will never give this place even a second look. DONOTWASTEYOURTIMEGOTONORDSTROMRACKANDSAVE A COUPLEHUNDREDBUCKS.

I love shopping at Billy’s. This store has a very classy selection of the best designers. The sales girls are always very friendly and helpful. The store is beautiful and spacious and sunny. Its definitely better to find the perfect party dress or more upscale business attire and high end casual wear. They carry Philip Lim, Missoni, Parker, Elizabeth and Jane, etc… So, I would recommend buying some special pieces over at Billy’s, then walking a few stores down to Jane and adding a cute trendy tank from another cute boutique with a lower price point. The combo of Billy’s and Jane’s is my special perfect outfit shopping corner. If you get hungry, there is amazing sushi a few doors down at Kushiyu and Hummus Bar has great food too.

Billy’s is great. They have the best and most stylist clothes in Los Angeles. All the women that work there are also very sweet and helpful. I get my girlfriend the cutest stuff from there.

Billy’s has the best selection of the latest designer looks. Her selection is different from what you can find in department stores which sets them apart from the rest. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond for every customer. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else, my favorite boutique in LA.

I have never felt so offended and uncomfortable than the other day shopping at Billys. Having heard from a girlfriend of mine that this was a great boutique with amazing designers I stopped by hoping to grab two things on my mental shopping list: a pair of skinny cords and an everyday cashmere sweater. For the first 3 – 5 minutes I was in the store I was neither greeted nor offered help. Once the woman working(possibly the owner or manager?) noticed my Love bracelet(I know this because of a shallow complement she paid me) she started showing me dress after dress after dress-behavior I’d say was beyond obnoxious. I tried to be polite about it, but after the 5th or 6th dress I said«no» to she blatantly rolled her eyes and slammed the hanger on the rack! First of all, most of what I saw was from seasons past and although there were some good designers(Rebecca Taylor, Alice and Olivia, 12th St, Vince) I pretty much know what’s current and what’s not everywhere I shop so why would I pay full price at Billys if I can get the same things on sale elsewhere? Secondly, the store itself was such a mess! Organized presentation is something they have yet to master. I am getting dizzy just thinking about what it looked like inside. Discount stores have better merchandising. My experience left a very bad taste in my mouth, as I felt a very hostile/negative energy. Needless to say I will NEVER step foot in Billys again. If you’re new in the valley and are looking for great shops I’d recommend Stacey Todd, or Magnolia in Calabasas.
