Worst. Stupidly wandered into this store and purchased the most expensive matresss they sell. A $ 5000.00 airloom matresss. When I asked about the return/warrentee policy was told by salesman Monty, this matresss has never ever been returned. But if I had problems, of course they would exchange it. MATRESSSISKILLINGMYBACK. ITISSOMUSHYANDLUMPY I CANHARDLYLEAVETHEHOUSEEACHDAY. Monty, who no longer works there, promised me it was not a soft matresss, just one with a soft pillow top. My only remedy is to have manufacturer inspect for defects, and replace with identical mushy matresss. Store doesn’t care about salesman’s misrepresentations. Am seeking medical treatment for my back and pursuing legal action.

Dishonest and sells bad mattresses. Bought an extra firm two years ago, it is extra jelly and dip full. They also do not stand behind what they sell. BEEXTRA careful. The salesman told us the bed is made after we purchase and the date tag on the mattress was 23 days older. They also kept promising us a replacement when we contacted them, but never honored that promise. Don’t buy anything from this store and stay away from anything made by Diamond Mattress Company, they are even more dishonest. I give them booth 0 stars. STAYAWAY, LIARSANDSELLBADPRODUCTS.

No stars! This place is a scam. The people who own it to the people who manage it. They are all liars and thieves. They sold is a mattress saying it was a Diamond Jasmine model. A floor sample was delivered. We sent it back. I got suspicious and called diamond company. They said they didn’t even have that model. So we called the store to cancel the order. The owner called us back and said they never said it was a diamond. Uh who is he kidding? I never even knew about diamond before I got introduced to this mattress. He said he will not refund the money. These guys are scam artists. Do not shop here. They haven’t even been here for long and it doesn’t look like they will stay for long the way they are running this place.

Run from this Mattress store as fast as you can! Bought a bed and what showed up was LOUD and SQUEAKY– The mattress model in the store did not make any noise. Owner of company would not give money back and offered another POORQUALITY«comfort exchange». My favorite quote over this whole thing was when Ron, the owner of the company, told me that the mattress I bought was not meant for adults to sleep on. Gee, did Ron know that his high pressure sales person told me that this was a $ 799 bed that they were«blowing out» on sale and was very comfortable? Why would I accept a poor quality«comfort exchange» priced at an inflated price when I could purchase a high quality mattress at a reputable business? Look at all the one star ratings you have — -if this is how you treat your customers, good luck surviving in business. I feel so bad for you that you can’t refund a puny $ 350 mattress – instead you want to fight. What a scam!

Really, these people have no idea what they are doing! we tried buying a mattress and dealt with Bruce. He convinced us why we should buy from them, how they deliver what they promise, etc, etc. We ordered a mattress, scheduled to be delivered on the following Thursday. On Thursday, we received the right mattress with the wrong size box spring, so they took the mattress back and promised to be back the next day with the right size mattress. I informed the delivery people that we will not be available the next day after 5PM. By 4:30, we had not recieved our mattress yet. After many calls, we got the time frame of 6−8PM. Due to prior plans, as discussed with the delivery people before, we did not agree and cancelled the order. Bruce said that it was fine and hung up the phone on us. 10 days later, we do not have a mattress, they will not refund our money as discussed, and we have to take this up with the credit card company. Please save yourselves and don’t fall for their lies and unprofessional behavior.
