have been going to becky for a couple months now. 1st time trying reformer pilates and i am so happy and addicted. she constantly listens if you have questions, she fixes your form and her work outs are challenging. she really will modify based on your needs. my body and mind always thank me after our work outs ! love it and want to buy all my friends sessions with her

There is no one better then Becky! Finding motivation to work out is never easy but I find myself truly looking forward to my sessions with her. She will kick your butt for sure but with encouragement and positivity. Her extensive knowledge of nutrition is also a big reason why I train with her. Becky motivates you to keep pushing yourself to be the best you can be. Each session is tailored to my needs. She’s constantly bringing new things to the table, whether it be workout routines, nutritional information or simple life skills. You won’t find a better trainer then Becky.

Becky has been training me since 2009. She pays great attention to detail, watches me like a hawk when I am on a machine and is always encouraging while pushing me to my limits. She is very knowledgeable regarding nutrition and herbal remedies. Every session is different which keeps me fresh and I enjoy our sessions each week. Becky is the best, I give her the highest reccomendation.

I can’t say enough great things about Becky! I was referred to her through a friend of a friend. I was going through a tough time and was feeling horrible about my body. Becky helped me get in amazing shape!!! She came to my house before work which was so convenient! She always had a different work out or a different plan for me so every time was something new. She’s an incredible motivator and a true professional. A couple times when I had family and friends visiting from New York she would come over and do a little group class for us. It was wonderful. Everyone of my friends loved her and loved the sessions. I obviously highly recommend Becky!
