Horrible food, dishonest employee(s) and an owner who just doesnt care. After working a long day I came home and didn’t feel like cooking. Ordered a pizza online. 70 minutes later I answered door to a guy with no change. I had 220 dollar bills and he could not provide me the $ 14 I asked for back as chamge. I handed the driver a 20 then walked inside to get silver from a piggie bank. In the confusion i terurned to the door and handed him the 2nd20 along with the quarters i had scrounged. It was an honest mistake on my part i would not realize untill I went to spend that 2nd20. I went inside to realize I had received a cold, folded in half pizza. I called back and at first they just wanted to credit me and I wanted a fresh well made pizza so asked for a new delivery. Then I really looked at the pizza. Not only was it cold and folded from being mishandled in the delivery but it was raw in center despite being ordered«well-done». It had very little cheese and at least 10 large bubbles where the cheese and sauce migrated away leaving huge voids of flavor. I didn’t want to take the chance with another 70 minute wait for a cruddy pie so I called back. At first they wouldn’t give me it and I had to demand a manager. The owner, Mike, got on with an attitude. He agreed to refund my money and when I asked his name he said«you’ll deal with victoria». I came in and was met by her and the $ 25.50 refund for the pizza. Mike hid in the back. Fast forward to this morning when I go to get gas and the 2nd $ 20 isnt in my pocket and I realize my error. I immediately call and ask for manager but am told«hes busy can you call back» to which I demanded to wait. Mike again gets on phone immediately with an attitude. I explain the situation and before I can ask him to ask if the driver, Ryan, accidentaly pocketed it he accused me of wanting the store to pay me and informs me he isn’t going to. I tried to explain that is not why I called and was talked over leading me to frustratingly curse at which point he terminated the call. So to sum it up: this pizza place can’t make pizza properly as ordered and sends out a cook as a driver with no change for the delivery who delivers the pizza cold, late and damaged and then pockets a 20 dollar bill that was accidentally handed to him then the owner/operator shows no concern for his customers at all. EDIT: after voicing concerns via their facebook and corporate sites I received a call from Paul who identified himself as C.E.O.of the company. He was very concerned and while sharing the understandable opinion that it’s difficult to resolve the missing 20 dollar bill, he at least was concerned and offered to ask the driver. He also stated Mike is not the owner as Mike claimed. To be honest this behavior isn’t preventable by the corporation though it still concerns me having dishonest people managing stores. It’s tough to run a tight ship when the captain is shady. Paul told me Mike was a trainer and would not be at this location after next week. That said, Paul did show genuine concern for the situation and offered a credit for $ 20 which I accepted. In a few weeks after the new manager has settled in I will use my credit and update this and wtite a new review for that experience. Thank you, Paul, for acting as a concerned business owner/operator should.

How do you mess up pizza? The philly pizza was literally the biggest disappointment I’ve ever encountered. It was EXTREMELY bland with the only noticeable taste being that of the grease that it was dripping with. I’ve never met a pizza I didn’t like, but I guess there’s a first time for everything. Over priced as well. I feel like they should have paid me to eat this atrocity. Get your pizza from somewhere else, trust me.

I stopped in for lunch since they have their 2 slices and a drink for $ 6 special. I ordered a slice of White and a slice of Pepperoni to go. Got my drink — only Pepsi? Yech. But the pizza was ready in just a few minutes. When I took my first bite at home, it was barely warmed. It tasted OK, but still, if they’re going to warm it up, it would have been much better to have it warmed all the way through.

Worst Pizza Ever Do you like raw, thick crust, pizza without the toppings you paid for? You’ll love Westshore Pizza in Tarpon Springs. I had a large pizza on Friday October 2nd and it was the worst I’ve ever had. I’m 60 and I’ve had a lot of pizzas. The crust wasn’t thinned out to the edge. There was about a 2 inch wide strip around the edge of the crust that was thick and bare. The crust was wet and pasty and sour tasting. I got only 2 of the 3 toppings I paid for and these were very sparse and dumped in the middle of the pizza. We tried to cook it ourselves but it was still bad. We threw it away. Jaq Tarpon Springs
