I spent the week in Tarpon Springs and i thankfully stumbled on Namaste Yoga. i did yoga every day and also had a wonderful facial and healing session. The owner, Darcy, is a wonderful healer. i also had an excellent facial with Andrea. it was like a spiritual retreat for my soul. I highly recommend this very peaceful and lovely place.

After dinner tonight, I stopped by the outside of this yoga studio to check out their class list as they had little cards available. As I did, the door opened and Darcy opened up and asked me if I had questions.
She invited me in, and we spoke for a little bit. She too, is an LMT and it was NIRVANA inside. It smelled wonderful, the aroma of essential oils filling the air. The calming energy was palpable. And the class list was acceptable.
My body needs yoga, and their prices are on par with my Bellydance classes. Looks like I’ll be venturing into the world of yoga soon. Namaste’
