Kontos Geo Roofing

This is an update on the one star review that I posted on 12/​31/​2015. The day after I posted the negative review here on Unilocal I received a phone call from the owner of Kontos Roofing asking if he could bring someone by today to finish the repairs that were still needed from the install. I told him that he could come by. He said he would be over in about half an hour and he was true to his word. He came over and told me that they would take care of the problems. About 30 minutes later he knocked on the door and said they were all set. I checked the repairs and they looked good. Mr. Kontos apologized for the problems and I believe he truly is sorry.
I increased my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I could not go higher in stars because the original problems should not have ever occurred in the first place.

Asked for an re– estimate on a roof leak quoted last fall but never repaired. Last year’s quote was $ 900. This year, same leak, same place same repair specifications — $ 1700.
Need I say more!
