The dentist, dental assistant and dental hygienist are all professional and helpful. I have had positive experiences with each one of them. However, the office staff do not exhibit the same level of professionalism. I had a billing error when I was checking out, which I caught in time for the correction to be made, and the appointment scheduler that answers the phone is unprofessional and downright nasty. She is not a good front-​desk person, which is the «face» of any organization, and should be removed from the position
