I am giving 2 stars and being generous with it. I’ll just say that they severely lack coordination and are constantly unorganized and slow. I dealt with a unique situation and I’ll just say that some folks there care and some don’t. Poorly run business. I’m conflicted bc some folks were nice but those same people are the ones who can’t keep their heads on straight to follow through on things. I think they are dealing with a lot of clean up issues from previous poor management.

I’ve only had one dealing with this company so you can take this review for what it’s worth. I took my 2013RZR800 S there for a frame swap. I’m pretty particular about my rides so I hauled mine two hours to get it done there based on a recommendation. I gave them a timeframe of over a month to get it done before my next ride was scheduled. I got it back in time but I noticed some things that bothered me. At first glance it was missing a few plastic fasteners. There was also some rust on some of the parts whereas this machine was free of rust spending all of its days in a heated garage. The front end needs an alignment as both front wheels were toed out. Doors were thrown back on over top of bolts that should have been taken out and run through provided holes. Here’s the topper, after riding I noticed my front A-arm which was black was showing areas of scratched off paint revealing an ORANGE a-arm that had been crudely painted black. When questioned about it, they tried to deny it. They were gracious enough to send me a new one but my experience with them was not acceptable at all. After being called out on their deception, they still denied being at fault, they didn’t offer and discount or apology, or even offer to fix any of the above mentioned issues. They don’t seem like they run a respectable business. By the way, I’m a business owner and a former mechanic. I wanted to do the job myself but lacked the time.
