Taco Bell

Please clean your bathrooms. If the zombie apocalypse were to begin, it’s probably a result to whatever bacteria/​virus hybrid organism is growing in your bathrooms. :scratches neck: Starting to feel… strange…

Avoid this KFC/​Taco Bell!
I don’t typically review every fast food restaurant I visit, but I had to make an exception for this place.
The checker (Rita) was inattentive and would not acknowledge I walked in, I had to ask «is it my turn» before she looked at me. Her name tape said manager, which probably explains the rest of this review…
Trash was all over the floors, the tables were dirty, and I did not see staff come out once to address these issues. The dining room also had many red panels ripped off exposing drywall everywhere, not sure if it under construction, or just the norm. The highchairs were also very sticky, don’t put your baby in them!
The soda fountain dispenses eight drinks, the four we tried were out of syrup. We didn’t bother to try the others, we didn’t want them. They were also out of most drinks in the dispenser behind the counter, so they simply didn’t order them I suppose. We did at least get refunds for our drinks.
We were passing through this town for Labor Day, we like the town, but will avoid this facility from here on out.
Pros: Food came fast and was exactly what we ordered.

I am a big fan of Taco Bell and this is probably the worst one I’ve been to. Everything here takes fooooorever. I waited probably 20 min. in the drive-​thru just for one order. And it’s been like that every time, whether it’s lunch time or 9 at night. I don’t know what they’re doing in there, but they just need to do it a little faster.

Whoever is managing this place should be terminated. Immediately. I have never experienced such terrible service in my life. There is zero sense of urgency from this staff. Walked in, stood at the counter for 6 minutes while the employees just stared at me from behind the line. I’ve now been in here for 15 mins. Still no food, there is no ice for my drink. There isn’t a soul in here but me. What’s the problem Taco Bell?

I don’t have anything against Taco Bell, in general, but don’t waste your money. Not only is the staff completely unhelpful & rude, the food at this taco bell is absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t feed this food to my dog. It sucks that you have to drive an hour just to go to a decent Taco Bell. Get it together, Tappahannock KFC/​Taco Bell.
