Highly recommended for great vegan! The owner and chef is great! Full of passion and put a lot of love and care to the food he prepares. Love the Taos bowl and collard wrap! Don’t miss the juice and dessert!

Raw to Go provides heart warming dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. Each dish is made with great care and has amazing flavours. My favorites included the Taos bowl and collard wrap. The fresh made juice drinks and desserts are also made with great care. If you are lucky sit at the bar and chat with the owner /chef. This is a must stop forv healthy fresh made food in Taos.

I love his place. It’s 100% plant-based(vegan) and delicious. Everything is fresh, even the apple juice and salad dressing. The lady there was super nice and gave us free fresh apple juice when we came in because they had a surplus of apples. And she gave me two slices of «cheesecake» for the price of one! You’ll leave this place feeling really good:)

Our family of 6(2 kids, 2 grandparents) found this gem on Unilocal and we were all pleasantly surprised… even the skeptical grandpa. Fresh, tasty food, welcoming atmosphere and full bellies. We tried a bit of everything and enjoyed it all.

I would give Raw To Go 6 stars if I could! I have been eating there when I am in Taos for the last 4 years. Taamer and his mom Carmen(who is there sometimes) make food as a kind of higher calling, rather than as a «normal» restaurant. be ready to order what Taamer made that day. they will ask you what you like and customize. be sure to get the raw no dairy cheesecake, which is Taamers speciality. tell him Tara said to get it! I wish there was a Raw To Go in Kauai and Sedona, where I spend a lot of time. I miss it when I am not in Taos.

Raw to Go was a great neighbor of mine back in 2009. I would frequently get one of their lunch specials, which made me feel really good after I ate it, unlike much of the other choices of food a person typically finds in other restaurants. A few years later now, I have learned more about the many benefits of a raw food diet, and I am thankful that I was introduced to the raw food diet concept by Raw to Go. Big shout of thanks out to Taamer Fashe, the founder of Raw to Go!

I was so excited to find this Raw Café while visiting Taos. Upon arrival we were greeted very kindly. I was surprised at the very reasonable pricing and variety of options provided. My friend ordered their scrumptious Taos Bowl. It was so flavorful and totally loaded with good stuff. I had one of the green smoothies that was super yummy and only $ 4! I commented to the owner it was like«green velvet»! I also had the zucchini lasagna, they prepared special for me. It was also delicious! We were both very pleased with the kindness of their staff and owner who we spent some time getting to know and his incredible food knowledge. It was overall a wonderful lunching occasion! Our entire bill came to under $ 20 and we left with leftovers! This is amazing especially taking into account their food is organic and locally sourced. Most impressive! I would highly recommend the Raw To Go! Treat yourself, reward your body with something good and healthy… you will be glad you did!

Always a must stop when in Taos. The combo plate is a real bargain and lets you try three items on the weekly menu. It’s 100% vegan, organic, healthy and delicious.

This is a very small place with outside seating only, hence the«to go» part of the name. There were very few options, but the food itself is perfect! I had the monk’s bowl; a bowl with quinoa, broth, a few types of greens, a lemony pâté, a falafel-type patty and heirloom tomatoes. The food blended together so well and the veggies were garden fresh. I could eat this for lunch every day and be happy. The dish also had raw onions and an olive that the man promptly removed when I mentioned my dislike for them. He also gave us these decadent little cookies when we were leaving. Great food, nice people!
