Very pleasant evening of Tapas. We had a charcuterie and cheese board as well as the smoked trout and feta«bite». The service was incredibly friendly, and we felt very much at home. The cheeses and charcuterie were excellent. Fresh and tasty. Great place for a relaxing time with friends.

So we came all the way to Taos to find an amazing wine, cheese, and charcuterie place. Sound odd? Yeah, we thought so too. In truth, we happened upon ParCht simply to kill time and have a glass of wine before trying to snag an early reservation at Love Apple when the open the phone lines at 4:30pm(don’t judge — when we ski, we may as well be senior citizens). As luck would have it, we didn’t get a reservation and ended up having a glorious sampling of wine, cheese, and charcuterie. Some of the standout notable mentions are the mustard and chutney that accompany the charcuterie boards. The Lusty Monk mustard is life-changing. Very potent, great flavor, and as we’ve discovered — orderable! And the house-made chutney is perfectly balanced — tart, sweet(but not syrupy, and a kick of spice. The La Quercia proscuitto was so outstanding that it’s another item we’re searching to source locally. Of the cheeses, the Bufala di Quattro(sp?) was also intriguing and delicious. The menu suggests careful curation as well as a wonderful attention to quality and respect for simplicity. Well done, ParCht. Best accidental dinner in a long time.

Very delightful wine bar tucked in the touristy Taos plaza. Great selection of wine by the glass, larger selection by the bottle –to go or there with a $ 15 corkage fee. Great list of meat and cheese to build a charcuterie board. Nicolette was a great host, she also curates the menu. A few other tapas style small plates are also available.

This place was the best part of our taos trip – wish there was one in Albuquerque! Sits on the plaza, below the bar and grill. We had great service and a wonderful tasting of wines paired with charcuterie! Also has some craft beers for those that don’t care for wine.

Lovely little wine bar! They also have great craft beer on tap. Top quality wines by the glass and a wonderful selection of bottles for sale. Owners are very friendly and engaging and knowledgeable about wine. Parcht is in a tucked away location on the square and is certainly worth seeking out. We will be going back very soon.

What a pleasant surprise to find this gem just off the Plaza. Cozy little space with extremely knowledgeable staff and a great selection of wines, beers, charcuterie and cheeses. If you’re in Taos and tired of «Red or Green?» drop in to this charming wine bar and you’ll end up spending the whole evening there.

Everything about ParCht was perfect, except the barstool chairs, which are slightly too small to get comfy on(and thus, stay longer and spend more money). But other than that, PERFECT food, prices, selection, and service. This is how it’s supposed to be done. I honestly never thought I would say that about any place in Taos. Well played, ParCht. You have a fan in me. I’ll see you every time I am in town.

Lovely way to spend an afternoon — lots of wines by the glass — happy to give you many tastes. Very upscale but in the Taos casual way.

I’m a local and am thrilled with ParCht. The wine selections(and craft beers on draft) are diverse and reasonably priced and the food selections were a delightful change. Don’t expect a full dinner menu although you can certainly fill up on the small plates offerings(«bites»). Loved the charcuterie and cheese board selections, and the caramelized bacon with chopped pecans and the pear/arugula/honey-drizzled ricotta plate were outstanding. Will go back often!

A somewhat anomalous experience in downtown Taos, this Brooklynish wine bar and charcuterie has excellent service, a delectable and ever-changing menu of fine cheeses and delicate meats, and some unforgettable wines. This was a singularly enjoyable experience, and is highly recommended. We will certainly be back, and are looking forward to sharing this place with as many others as we can.

Wonderful place to recharge after gallery shopping. Quiet, nice décor and lighting. Wonderful selections of cheese and charcuterie. Nice wines by the glass and local beers on tap. You can even take a bottle of your favorite wine home with you. Welcome relief from the NM cuisine of red/green/or Christmas !!
