After buying a new house, we have used this company twice. Their policy is to deliver within 5 – 7 working days from when you order. They miss their own deadline every time. On the last occasion, they were so late that my tank ran out. Since their policy is that they have to relight any pilot lights, they would not deliver unless I was home. So, due to their own incompetence, I had to take time off from work to be home. The only positive thing I can say is that they have polite people answering their phones.

since they were taken over by Amerigas they have turned out to be the worst; no return phone calls and worse yet no deliveries of propane when promised; they act like you are interrupting them when you call. can’t wait to switch over to someone else ASAP. they evidently do not need nor want the business.
