I thought Mooncat Fiber is a fantastic local yarn shop, small, friendly, with incredibly interesting yarn, lots of it(most) is spun and hand-died locally — or at least as a small business support elsewhere. I picked up a few skeins of yak from Tibet(much softer than anticipated!) and a couple of llama from Bolivia. My baskets at home are full, but I couldn’t walk away from this little heaven. My first time here was 4 years ago in a winter, and I liked it just as much.
