I went in with my mother to have some of her old pictures developed and the lady who was helping us was the rudest person I have seen in a long time! She literally acted as though she was doing my mom a favor. When it came time to paying, the lady wouldn’t take my card because it was under ten dollars. So we copied more photos which by the way pissed her off even more that she actually had to do her job. So we went back to pay and it came up to $ 7. Pissed off even more she grabbed my card and angrily swiped it. If you seriously hate your job that much go look for another one and don’t disrespect someone who is contributing to your business. Too bad this is the only place in town that copies the way they do because they would definitely lose my business

Forget about customer service at this establishment. Both owner and counter person walk around with frowns on their faces, as if they were doing you a favor by taking your business. I went there for a small color copy order of an art studio flyer today. Quality reproduction and color matching was important, so I asked to review my design on their computer monitor first. Calibrating a monitor to match color output is not that difficult if you’re a professional. They went ahead and printed out a test copy without getting my OK and before I was finished looking at the file on screen. It was way too dark and muddy. The other option is to color correct the file, which I was prepared to do myself, if needed. So, I asked if they could adjust the output to match the hard copy I had brought with as they were working from my digital file. The counter person said the only thing she could do was to print off another printer. Didn’t even ask my approval, but went ahead anyway. This copy was extremely light and not acceptable. I gave up at this point and cancelled the order. I was really surprised that she charged me for both her test copies and a digital upload ! No regrets from them-only bragging that their equipment was superb. I told them what I thought about their poor service as I was really pissed-off. Couldn’t care less apparently. Avoid this business’s at all costs, unless quality and service aren’t important to your work.

The ladies at the front were rude. I had a lot of questions, and the woman I spoke with made it clear that she was impatient with me. When another woman came in, I reiterated my question but the second woman also didn’t understand me and just kept repeating the same answer as the first woman. Good service is still important – even in a town as small as Taos. If you really need something here, it’d probably be cheaper and less of a headache to order online.

Everyone here is extremely helpful, professional, and pleasant. The prices are good, and they wil help you find the best service at the best rate. They may not make a lot of small talk, but, please, they are at work. They have always done the work I need quickly and perfectly.

I have known the women you operate this place for decades. They know what they are doing. Not always the most friendly, but they aren’t mean either. One thing is for sure, they will get your print job done and done right.

Really bad customer service. I wanted to either redo or cancel an order for business cards because I was not happy with the outcome… they were on very inferior paper stock and looked cheap even though they were twice the price of most online printers. The owner threatened to take me to small claims court if I did not pay. I ended up getting a great card later for half the price through an online company. If that is the owner’s idea of customer service and good business building… Hmmmm?
