They changed owner. It’s no longer China Pavilion, now it’s called something Garden. I wonder where they went.

For what it is, a greasy Chinese takeout joint in a small town, the food here is pretty solid. Large portions, greasy but not overly so, with fresh tasting veggies and tender meats in the stirfried dishes. Apps and soups tend to be a weak spot though(hot and sour soup was neither hot nor sour and nobody finished their spring rolls) — stick to the classics like beef and broccoli or a tofu dish and you’ll be a-ok. Their kitchen is not terribly efficient so you might be waiting for a long time during busy periods. The sign in the window says they deliver, but when we specifically asked on a Saturday evening, they said no delivery. What gives? Regardless, if you’re craving some rib-sticking Chinese food in Tannersville, this is a solid 3 stars.
