My daughter had braces and has completed her treatment entirely now. The doctor and the entire staff were so wonderful and easy to work with, save one: The regular receptionist. She clearly does not like her job and does not like to be wrong. Her attitude is the topic of conversation in «Mom circles» each time anyone asks where we went for braces. It’s sad that her nasty attitude brings down the entire staff’s rating so effectively, but I’ve never met anyone that has said they’d go back there if they had it to do all over again.
