Honestly, Perhaps I’m a little bias because I preferred and still prefer the chain Sweetbay over Winn-Dixie. However, it doesn’t excuse the fact that the produce(mainly the vegetables) are always lackluster and not at optimal freshness. Even the selection sometimes seems like its lacking compared to other Winn-Dixie’s I have visited. So, I only come here if I need to cook something with basic ingredients because they typically don’t cary a large assortment of new products. Also, the police at this location are a little intimidating, because they patrol the store or either stare people down. That’s not very welcoming to me, as I tend to be very scattered with my grocery shopping; so I always feel as if they are suspiciously staring me down because I am all over the store grabbing something last minute I may have forgotten about. On a more positive note, I will say that the customer service from the employees is very friendly and my interactions have always been positive. Never had a problem there, and the store is pretty clean. But there are some quality and stock issues to be worked on. As for now, its two stars from me.

Horrible. The place is a mess. The service is filled with employees who either give you attitude, act like you’re ruining their whole day with your presence or just look like the life has been sucked out of them. It was getting bad when it was still Sweetbay, but when your customers have anxiety attacks just by considering going to your establishment over making a drive to Riverview to find a Publix that may not suck quite as bad, maybe its time to make an effort when it comes to your employees, presentation and products. When the only option for spinach you have on several different occasions are either expired or already wilting, there’s something wrong. That is just one of many, many issues this store has.
