I’ll never come back here. It depends on who’s seeing you that day how big the area is. And not only that but the last session I had for laser hair removal they burned me, they burned several moles I had and I had open wounds for days. I sent several emails and messages on their website and never got a response back. They also burned my tattoo on my armpit and didn’t even tell me. I noticed bc of the burning.
And also 5 months after I got done I got 75% of my hair back.

This place sucks ! Plain and simple. Waste of money. Save your money and go to a place that’s knows how to remove laser hair removal.

* my hair grew back

I came out for the their holiday open house and all the practitioners were very friendly and informative. It’s a comfortable, relaxing and clean space with tasteful decorations. I’ve known Bill and Tamara for years and they are very people focused. I would feel comfortable sending friends or family for treatments here.

Every appointment I had (9), They were running behind and I had to wait 20 to 60 minutes !!! You can’t reach them on the phone, and their turnaround time to call you back after leaving message after message, is about two weeks !!!
They seemed like nice enough people face to face, but Very unprofessional. No Way to run a legitimate business !!! I will not do business with them again, no matter how good the deal seems !!!

Purchase groupons/​vouchers from this spa at your own risk. The management ran another spa, closed it down (taking their clients’ money), and then opened a new spa and claimed that it was totally new management that had only purchased some assets from the previous spa (Ridgway Aesthetics). The management is 100% the same, this information is easily confirmed via a Google search. They tried to keep the $ 500 I paid them for which they would not provide an appointment. Thankfully I paid with a credit card, and they took the proof I gave them.
I paid for a service in November, and only had one appointment before they closed out of nowhere. It was months before they «relocated,» and they would still not schedule appointments. When I asked for a refund, they would not provide one stating that they had no association with the previous business, although Dawn Ridgway (the person I paid) is still associated with this spa.
When I originally purchased my groupon, they were going by 3D Vaser. Within a couple of months they changed to Ridgway Aesthetics. And now they’re Westchase spa. Again, simply google the names of any of the management (including Tamara, who left a 5 star review for her own spa), and see for yourself. These people are scam artists.

Do NOT buy a Groupon from this place. They are selling Groupons right now for Laser Hair removal. I bought a Groupon back in February from Ridgeway who at the time said they were moving and would contact me when they opened. Months later Westchase was sending me emails stating I was to schedule with them, but they were unable to do so until May 1^st. I called May 1^st and they said they wouldn’t be ready until next week. I received an email a few days later asking for times I would be available for tx. I gave them M-​F 9 – 1:30. Eight days later I receive another email stating they are «trying» to schedule as quickly as possible. I now see they are selling more Groupons. DO NOT BUY THEM! I am attempting to get my money back from Groupon. I have never had this problem before with a Groupon. When I stated this to the receptionist she said has heard of lots of problems with Groupons. Obviously she must of been hearing from people like me complaining about their establishment.
