Typical VZW where they try to sell you the moon, but I just needed a new cover glass so I was in & out quickly.

Nothing but a great experience here. Waited a little bit outside on Black Friday. The staff was friendly and even came outside to talk to us before opening. They got us signed in and when they opened it was great & easy.
I got a new phone and the experience wasn’t too bad. Didn’t have to hear too many sales pitches as I came in ready & knowledgeable about what I wanted.

Worst customer service ever. Waited in line for 30 minutes with no one even bothering to check on my friend and I even though we approached the desk as soon as we got there. Other couples were helped who arrived much later than us. Never going back. They need to get it together…
