This company is nothing but empty promises. The president begged for my employment twice, used me to harass Neopost customers in the state of FL. Fired me twice because he found temps to replace me so he didn’t have to pay me. As from a customer stand point they are a mess, nothing is organized and if you switch to them hold your breath on getting your postage meter. Or service. And the supplies are generic so just stay with the real service you have.
