I went to Todd Wiener because I found a deal on groupon for an examination and cleaning. During my first visit, Dr. Wiener was very nice and told jokes. He performed the examination and found that I needed a few fillings. They were nice enough to let me make a couple payments, knowing that I was a struggling college student. After receiving the fillings, one of them blocked the space between 2 of my teeth and I wasn’t able to floss between the two teeth. I was told that the space should become clear, but if it becomes a problem, just to make an appointment and he will fix it. A few days later, the filling came out, not just the part blocking the space. I called and told them what happened and made an appointment. He had to put more filling in the problem spot. He seemed very rushed and not happy with me, I tried to be nice and joke around, but to no avail; not the same guy I met on our first visit. He cut the outside of my cheek with one of his tools and it drew blood. I payed and got into my car, checked the mirror and saw blood, and became more upset. I went back inside and spoke with the assistant about what happened. She proceeded to hand me an oral rinse which she explained to swish around in my mouth. Apparently she did not realize I was cut on the outside of my cheek. I left very upset and feeling bad about the situation. I made my payments and just forgot about it until a few months later when I received a phone call saying that I owed them another $ 150. Thankfully, I kept my receipts and checked my bank account for the checks. I confirmed that I was payed up. The assistant on the phone apologized and stated that there must have been a computer glitch. I don’t know what it was, but this is the first time I’ve written a bad review, and just hope nobody else has a bad experience.
