MOVE-​IN DAY EXPERIENCE: show up after having already paid security deposit, 1st month’s rent & renters insurance. Turns out management hadn’t bothered to place me in an apartment so they told me there are no available apartments and that I should look to Craigslist to snatch a sublease. Later I found out I was among the 24 other people who had signed leases bud didn’t have an apartment assigned.

OUR DAUGHTER’S APT AT THE POINTE HAD A FIRE ON 12÷9÷14. Thankfully seh was home with us and other roommates were safe. \
DESPITE CALLS, VISITS AND EMAILS ON 12÷19÷14, 12÷20÷1, 12÷28÷14, 12÷29÷14 AND 1÷1÷15, WE HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK FROM ANYONE OF AUTHORITY.
WENT TO MOVE IN MY DAUGHTER TO THE APARTMENT TODAY AND THE DOOR WAS WIDE OPEN, POWER IS OFF, MOLD ALL OVER THE WALLS, SCORCH MARKS IN KITCHEN AND BEDROOMS, MILDEWED CARPET… URGENTLY TRYING TO FIND WHERE TO MOVE HER TODAY AND NO RESPONSE.
The management company here fronts students to take calls and visitors, but no one of authority or with any competency or empowerment can resolve issues.
4+ months of broken dining room chairs, missing closet doors and an absolutely filthy apartment on move in day. Too many issues to recount here. Unfortunate, because the model apartment and tours were so impressive. It is a house of cards. 50%+ of gym items are not in working conditions, promises go unmet, calls not returned.
It is a truly deplorable way to run a business.

As a parent I was concerned and nervous when my son decided to move outside the dorm at USF after his first year. His dorm room was really small and there was no room to do anything. He has lived at The Pointe for last one year. Its amazing what you get .a large pool and Gym. Security, Large bedrooms, washer /​dryer inside .all utilities included, Close to all shopping, Target, Walmart, Hospital, Very quite and serene setting. for a very low Rent. Just amazing.They matched Him up with some great roommates. He enjoy living
parents We are very happy for him and not worried about His wellbeing. Staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with.
