The Knot Doctor

Jeff is a miracle worker and I see him before and after race, as well as for tune ups in between. He not only works with everyday athletes but also is the massage therapist for the New York Yankees.
He is only massage therapist in Florida that I trust to work on me!

Why 5 stars? Because The Knot Doctor is a walking, modern day healer of the wounded.

I have been seeing Jeff Trager for the past 3 years or so, and his massage is like an illegal, addicting substance. I haven’t ever tried crack, but I would assume that the addiction is very similar.
Whether it’s my IT Band (knee) or the chronic neck/​back pain that I suffer through, Jeff always makes me feel like a new man after walking out of the official Knot Doctor offices. On top of that, I have never dealt with a more professional and organized person in any facet of my life. Jeff does a tremendous job of balancing a busy schedule, but also treating me like I am his only patient. I am constantly recommending Jeff to anyone in need of a deep tissue massage, or anyone just experiencing any sort of sports injury/​general body aches and pains.
I really can’t say enough about Jeff about his miracle working fingers, and I guarantee the same opinion will be shared by anyone who takes my word for it :)
