Totally awesome! Everything was fast and easy. The day of my birthday my phone acted up after receiving so many messages and after a few glitches the screen went completely black. So I looked them up on my laptop and they had so many good reviews, which were totally right. They fixed my phone in about an hour and had it back to me the same day and with a cheap price. Definitely coming back again

Shattered the glass on new cell phone, was pretty upset. This place was highly recommended and it was, the best part is that for less than they charge at Samsung and it’s usually around $ 185 to replace the glass, I came out with the glass and phone looking brand new plus and a ultra hard plastic glass protector. Super happy, I usually don’t write reviews at least this long but I wanted to thank them. I highly recommend them myself now.

Highly recommended. I shattered my i phone 6 screen. After calling, for quotes, I decided to try this place out (they were priced $ 50.00 below all other places). The customer service was excellent. Johnny was very helpful. My phone was fixed in an hour and he put a shatter proof covering on my new screen, for free. Hopefully, I wont destroy my phone again, but if I do… I will be sure to go back to The Cell Specialists.

I visited the Cell Specialist looking to fix my Iphone6+ broken screen– The service was fantastic, the staff is friendly and the service is always extremely fast. They always have the best prices and best options of all the sellers/​repair stores I reviewed in the bay area. I have not had any issues with the new screen as it works as if it was brand new– I highly recommend The cell specialist to ANYONE who is looking to buy a new phone, accessories, or repair a cell phone.
I will definitely continue to go back to them in the future!!!

Fixed my phone in 5 minutes! Awesome! Really appreciated how fast they could fix it since I was here on vacation. Cost about $ 140 to replace the glass on my iPhone. Pricey but comparable to other places and cheaper than getting a new iPhone. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

THIS COMPANY IS THE GREATEST! I have only delt with the store in Lakeland but I have talked to the team in Tampa. I have had to get my sons phone fixed twice and both times they treated me like I was thier only customer. The part for my sons phone was delayed and i was upset so the owner, yep i said it, «THE OWNER» delivered my phone right to my work! You can’t find companies like this anymore! Kudos to all the people that work there! THANKS GUYS

I washed my iPhone and thought it was gone for good. But the Cell Specialists saved me and my iPhone. My iPhone works perfectly and the repair fee was amazingly reasonable. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definintely go back and highly recommend them.
