Taco Bell

I’m here fairly regularly since it is the last stop on my way home if I’m hungry and undecided. I’m also a fan of their breakfast. The main thing that sets this location apart is their customer service. They are polite, ensure they get the order right, and friendly. You can order on the app and pick up here as well. I’ve done that and it is smooth and accurate. Food wise you know what you’re getting, but the service is well above average and a pleasant touch/​surprise.

I have never been to a fast food place and got great service day in and day out!!! Could care less about the food it’s quick fast food, of course I’m not expecting a world class meal. But I also don’t expect great service and great attitudes consistently from any fast food for that matter. I don’t give out many 5 stars, but I just can’t express how amazed at how great the service is and like I said the great attitudes as well. I don’t get that consistent great service and smiles from your average chains like outback, carrabas, longhorn, Bahamas breeze, etc. I thought they got lucky and just got a couple of good peeps but over the last year it’s been as consistent as can be. I usually go late from 11 – 2 after a late night at work and always get the same kind of service. I usually only give 5 stars if I feel the service and the food come together to give me an extraordinary experience. But I feel like the service people here should be recognized because I’ve never experienced fast food service like this in 30 years. Amazing job and just wanted to say great job, I appreciate it, and way to go!!!

The staff here is amazing!!! Too bad it’s like solving a cipher to find this place.
If you miss the camouflaged entrance going West on Kennedy, you can always take the small back road behind the Walgreen’s on Westshore (A Street) to get here.
All I can say is my last few visits the young lady at the drive through has been amazing. Great personality and extremely friendly. My orders here have, surprisingly for a busy fast food restaurant, always been accurate. Not once has there been a missing item or an item present I wanted removed. If you’re around the Westshore Mall late and need a fast food fix, this is your place.

This Taco Bell is pretty legit. I don’t have high expectations for this American/​southwest gastro spot, but this exceeds my bell expectations.

Went to try free breakfast taco was told they were out. I asked for the corporate number which they didn’t know. How can they run out that early and not knowing yourM number is just rude. If they are going to have a promotion make sure they have enough supplies for your customers I wasted time driving to Taco Bell I was going to buy additional items but didn’t because of their actions. I will think twice before returning to Taco Bell.

After many, many positive experiences at this particular Taco Bell location… I simply wanted to give them some love.
In my 200+ reviews prior to this, I think I’ve commented on a tradtional fast food location only one time.
Let’s face it, fast food does not necessarily come with high expectations.
However, this Taco Bell never fails me.
Whether I hit the drive-​thru window or go inside to get my order (Where I always find the inside of the store extremely clean), these employees consistently get it right and are very efficient and friendly. Afternoon, evening, late at night, etc.
Finally on my most recent visit, I asked who was responsible for how fully stocked and incredibly organized all the sauce packets were that are located right near the front counter.
Apparently, it was the cool young lady who also took my order today: Jasmine.
And even as I was leaving and halfway out the door, she thanked me for my business as she was busy cleaning up a table in the dining room.
Jasmine and the employees here do a rock solid job and deserve praise for it.

Obviously, this is like any other standard Taco Bell beside the speed of service. They take your order right away but the food takes FOREVER to come out which defeats the purpose of FAST food. The place it very warm which sucks since it is still boiling hot outside but this could be because of the continual opening of the doors. Overall, with so many good choices around this area this is probably not a top choice unless you are only planning on spending a few dollars off their dollar menu.

The munchies were taken care of, drive thru staff was awesome! Chips and queso, crunchy tacos fresco style woohoo! Taco Bell you rock! Live Mas!!! Recommend!!!

I visit here weekly and am normally pleased with the service and food but today I was not happy.
My hard shell taco supremes had almost 0 cheese on them and barely any tomatoes.
Taco Bell needs to crack down on quality control.
We’ll see how they do next time.

I eat here more than I probably should. And they screw up my order at least 50% of the time. They don’t seem to understand the request «hold the onions».

I know, I know… it’s only Taco Bell. However, I just couldn’t resist a quick review for this one. I’m no stranger to Taco Bell. Ok, maybe it’s one of my guilty pleasures. I’ve been to many of them and this one stands out far above the rest. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. On top of that, their food always tastes great and fresh. They did forget my empanadas once, but were quick to correct their mistake. I’ve never had such positive experiences at any Taco Bell, or even any fast food restaurant.

I’m a big fan of fast food. I hate to admit it. It’s not always healthy, but it’s delicious. And the epitome of fast food is Taco Bell.
I just had their Beefy Crunch Burrito, XXL Grilled Stuft Burrito, and a Meximelt. I shudder to think how may Weight Watchers points I just ate. But it was goooood. I hadn’t been at this particular Taco Bell in a long time. It’s nice and clean, service was fast and the staff behind the counter very courteous.
I’m not going to debate the merits of Taco Bell food as Mexican food. I’ve had authentic Mexican food, and this is obviously not it. If you are looking for authenticity, something like Miguel’s or Carmelita’s or Vallarta’s is a lot closer.
They do have some healthy options, which I recall from a while back and was nice to see them again. Their «Fresco» items basically remove the cheese and sour cream and stick to salsa and lettuce as toppings. It is actually possible to eat a couple of Fresco Tacos and stick to a strict Weight Watchers diet.
I’ll try that tomorrow.
