Clean convenient location well stop. 1 of my favorites when I’m in a hurry to get in and out

This is only one of two full-​scale grocery stores along the North-​South Florida/​Nebraska corridor, with only the Publix slightly north being the only other one until you get to Waters Ave. The customers here are mostly African-​American, but the inventory is mostly standard Sweetbay stock. The store is bright, clean and usually busy. A good place to get groceries close to the MLK exit to I-​275, or entering from Nebraska.

I totally HATE this store! What a waste of time… Don’t go there if you can make it to a better store! I’m serious, they stink! They are not necessarily overpriced, it’s Sweetbay so they go with the other stores… but they do have the sorriest service ever! Go to the one on Hillsborough and Armenia! Thats what I do!

True story. I only go here cause its open later then publix. But this was a special night! There was a guy that worked there In front of us buying a blunt and was shooting the shit with the checkout girl trying to convince her to come over after work where the next cashier was going. I really don’t give a shit but we waited 10 minutes while they fucked off with no concideration of us. All three of them! Then finally as we were being rung up this checkout girl was throwing my very expensive produce I said ‘whoa tiger, Im spending a lot on that and she didnt get what I was saying and kept it up so my girl said ‘could you please stop throwing our food? she was throwing that food like it was sox, it actually ripped the bag the avocado’s were in.
jeez louise! I seriously try not to go here but if i cant get to the farmers market, you know.
they do play ‘singing in the rain’ when the spray their over priced veggies in the produce dept. unfortunately it reminds me of the rape scene in a clockwork orange.
