Yummy house. Dinner on Saturday May 18th. My wife complained to me that the place was dirty. Agree if you can’t keep a bathroom clean, what can u expect. Now as for the food it was good, plentiful and priced fairly. Arrived at 5:30pm. Good thing. The line was out the door for a table by 6:15. They allow u to byob. It was weird seeing patrons bring their little lunch coolers with their brew. Overall 2.5 stars

LOLOL can’t believe I would actually go to a place that is named as redonkulously as this. I really wanted to eat at a buffet though, and this was nearby so my friend and I just went. Well too bad it was a Monday! Monday is all day lunch, so the good thing is that it’s lunch price 6.99 all day! The bad part is, there’s only lunch options so it sucks because I wanted to eat dinner food! Anyways, I don’t understand why it’s called super Asian buffet, when there was barely any Asian food. They had like broccoli and cheese, and other random crap. LOL. Ugh. I don’t want to comment on anything else ha.

I read the reviews from here before going there, and I was really disappointed. We went Saturday night, around 8pm. The food was mediocre, warm not hot, no one was at the hibachi brill, the meat does not look fresh in the hibachi. The sushi was very limited, the rolls mostly have vegetable inside instead of fresh seafood. They have crab legs which took forever before they refill it and when they do, they only put a few pieces which does not last more than a minute because almost everyone in the restaurant is waiting for the crab legs. It’s kind of annoying waiting for something that is supposed to be part of the buffet. The servers were nice and very attentive except for one that gave us the check while we were still eating. Most people who were there when we arrive were still eating and we were being rushed? Not sure what the deal was. It’s not expensive but not worth the price, could have gone to a better restaurant with the same amount of money. Not going back there. Will not recommend it.

Super Asian Buffet has a little bit of everything for an incredibly low price — $ 12.99 for dinner, and as low as $ 6.99 for lunch. The buffet is housed in a former Mexican restaurant located on Waters Avenue, just west of the Veteran’s Expressway. You’ll find it in the same shopping center as Lowe’s, Super Target, and Chick-Fil-A. Nothing terribly fancy about the décor — you’ll find a clustering of steam tables in the center of the restaurant, along with a sushi bar and a flat-top grill for hibachi-style cooking. Once seated at a booth or table you give your drink order to your server, and then head off in search of Asian goodness. I generally grab a bowl and start with their Hot ‘n Sour soup(they also have Wonton, Miso, and Egg Drop). After that it’s over to the sushi bar to snag a few slices of their freshly-made rolls, or you can place a request for a custom-made roll such as spicy tuna. Round #2 usually starts with some Asian noodles and then samplings of shrimp, chicken, and beef main dishes. You’ll find all of your Americanized favorites with nothing too spicy, or too«weird». Sweet ‘n Sour Chicken, Beef with Peppers, Salt ‘n Pepper Shrimp just to name a few. Lots of fresh Asian veggies as well. The folks who run Super Asian Buffet have learned to put out partially-filled steam trays and keep bringing out fresh food from the kitchen. As a result you’ll find that the food is fresh and not subject to the dreaded steam table«cold & crunchy syndrome». The little rugrats generally search out the pizza slices, chicken tenders, fried shrimp, and chicken skewers. The teens and adults head straight for the snow crab legs, peel ‘n eat shrimp, crawfish, and other seafood yummies. This place is incredibly popular with families since the food is cheap and good. They have a large dessert station with 8 different flavors of ice cream(including coconut — YUM!), all sorts of fresh fruit, cookies, cakes, pudding, and Jello. The food is All-You-Can-Eat…and clearly some of the patrons view this motto as a personal challenge to strap on the feedbag and inhale as much as they can. Not a place that I would visit every week, but it’s nice to stop there once and a while and enjoy the Asian yumminess.

Umm… they were on Dirty Dining for roaches etc. We once even saw a rat in the parking lot. Just be warned, do you feel lucky?

For the price($ 12.99 dinner), the buffet has a lot to offer. The seafood is fresh so I enjoyed the crab legs and shrimp. I liked the fact that their hot shrimp dish included the heads so I knew it was pretty fresh biting into it. I took a bite of a Rangoon and spit it out. The fried section has definitely been sitting too long so I avoided it altogether(my waistline will thank me tomorrow). The chicken skewer was flavored nicely with a hint of curry. They also had standard dishes like sesame chicken, beef with broccoli, fried rice and stir-fry noodles. Some stuff more fresh than others but when it’s a buffet, you expect that. Be choosy with what you actually consume! There was a hibachi grill set up with raw protein sitting out but no chef behind so I skipped it. The sushi was uninspired but it was there. I skipped it since I just had some great sushi yesterday :). The dessert area had cakes, fruit, cookies and ice cream. The service was nice with plenty of servers around to refill your drink and clear away dishes. The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. Nothing grosser than dirty bathrooms. The parking area is large and spacious with the restaurant being next to a gas station and in front of a Lowe’s.

I concur with the consensus on this chinese buffet: very wide selection, acceptable quality on most items, incredibly cheap and predictible atmosphere — -best bang for the buck in town. Best not to observe other dinner customers who may load their plates with crablegs, scatter the spent shells on the tabletop(and floor) and then go back for more… undiluted by any vegetables, soup or dietary balance. Gluttony is ugly observed in others.

For a buffet. Its pretty good. We arrived there pretty late. An hour before closing. My food from the buffet was warm. Not hot as expected but was still good. They ran out of wonton soup. Our waiter offered to cook me fresh wonton noodles and broth and he did. Was awesome. Overall this is one of the best chinese buffets in all of tampa. Beats crazy buffets pricing and quality. Try this place. You wont regret it.

If you are looking for quality Chinese food, please look elsewhere. So why am I a fan? Because as far as all you can eat Chinese buffets, this one is on top of the heap. I love the fact they have sushi, a little hibachi table where they will cook steak, chicken, or shrimp for you on the spot, and they have«American» food like pizza, warm apple pie and garlic bread. They have an awesome selection for a very, very low price, especially for lunch. I’m a sucker for egg rolls, crab rangoon, dumplings, and dim sum. I just love them and have a very flexible palate when it comes to them. So being able to grab all I can eat and combine it with some freshly grilled shrimp, warm apple pie, all for such a cheap price, it tends to make me a fan.

We have tried a few Asian buffets, but this one has the best bang for you buck ;) great selection… even when busy it’s still pretty spacious. Food is good, tastes recently prepared and by way of buffets it’s awesome IMHO!

I first went here for lunch on Sunday and the all U can eat was only $ 6.99 So we did not expect much but I ws very surprised to find sushi, clams, mussels and cook to order stir fry all included. The food is very good and for dinner they add crab legs and the price is only $ 12.99. The food is great, and the price is amazing for what you get and beers are also only $ 2.50! We will keep going back.
