Kacie is the by far the best in the state and the ONLY person I trust to touch my curls. I travel from Colorado at least twice a year JUST for her! She is kind and gentle and always has the best ideas for what to do next. GO SEE HER!

It is so hard to find a good hair dresser, especially for color and cutting long hair. StyleOut is home to my all time favorite hair stylist, Kacie! She always listens to what you’re looking for and executes flawlessly. Last time I was there I got a cut and color and I swear my hair looked more chic and healthy than it has in my entire life and this is after bleaching and coloring it (and i seriously NEVER color my hair).
The staff here is always super friendly and attentive. Yes, the salon is small, but I’ve never had a problem with them being accommodating and working with my schedule. Obviously it’s better to make an appointment especially if you’re typically busy or it’s a holiday… like NYE when everyone is trying to primp for parties, but I’ve definitely just walked in and gotten great service as well. Love the atmosphere, it’s very modern and clean… which is always important in my book. Love this place and my awesome stylist Kacie, and I will definitely continue to come here!

I had always seen this salon in Westshore Plaza. It wasn’t until my lunch break on New Year’s Eve I decided to try it out. How bad could it be right? All I needed was a blow out. I walked in after the lunch hour rush and waited for a minute or two before someone realized I was standing at the desk. I asked the woman that greeted me if she had time to fit me right now, she said yes. I then inquired how long it would take and she said 30 minutes or a little bit more (since there was a line for the wash sink). Yes ladies and gents, ONE sink for this entire place. When the sink was free the woman had me sit in her chair and briefly discuss «how I wanted it?». It would have been nice to have list of options to choose from or maybe a small menu with services listed or even a verbal run down of my options. I informed her I wanted my hair blown out with lots of volume. She said round brush? I said yes. We took a short walk to the sink. No cape, no towel draped around my neck and visible brown hair all over the white sink and in the strainer catcher from the previous client. It was pretty disgusting. Upon looking around, I realized everything was dirty. The knobs on their storage unit, dust and hair everywhere, hair dye marks on the wall and furniture. I paused for a moment thinking, let me give her a second for her to clean up the sink before I sat down but she didn’t. I went ahead and sat down anyways to see what kind of service this would be. Surprisingly the wash was good and took about 10 – 15 minutes. Afterwards we walked over to her chair where she proceeded to cape me and start drying. All in all, I spent one hour in this place, walked out $ 40 poorer, with flat hair and «medium» hairspray palmed in. Would I go back to this place? No, because I walked out of there looking the same way I would have had I done my hair at home on my own. Would I recommend this place? Sure, to someone who’s on a crunch for time and who doesn’t know better, knock yourself out.

Caley is awesome!!! I was needing a fresh color and cut for an upcoming vacation… caley was busy with a client but was still willing to take me. She was so helpful, kind and attentive. As usual I was not sure what to do with my color, but her ideas worked out beautifully!!! The client she was with when I first walked in sang her praises… and now I can do the same! :) looking forward already to my next visit!

Really easy to call and make an appointment. Had the opportunity to see Melissa. Very friendly and knowledgable. Took her time to make sure everything was perfect. If you check in you get a discount too!

This blow dry salon is new and I was looking to treat myself on NYE. I scheduled an appointment online. When I arrived they said the stylist was running behind and it would be about 15 minutes. About 25 minutes later she was available. She asked what I wanted and I explained to her that I like my hair smooth with volume. This salon is not set up like other blow dry salons, there are no pictures of the styles they offer, which may ensure better client satisfaction. It became clear as she was blow drying my hair that we have very different ideas about volume, she tugged and teased and ended the style by spraying half a bottle of hairspray on my head. I would have asked for her to fix it (if even possible) but her next appointment was already there and I was rushed out as soon as she took the cape off. I would not recommend this salon as a blow bar, there is little to no ambiance as they don’t play music or offer you a beverage. The stylists are rushed and overworked and they don’t seem the have the blow bar model down.
Nothing worse than paying someone to do a worse job than you would have and then having to go home and start all over again.
