I have taken some classes here. The instructors are fantastic individuals who know what they are doing/​teaching plus the prices are pretty affordable too (like $ 40 for unlimited one month classes).
The atmosphere is ambient, other attendees are respectable and they provide help during the sessions too!

While living with my parents over the summer I had the pleasure of stumbling upon this amazing studio! Missy, Karen and the rest of the team are FABULOUS! Everyone is very welcoming and kind. Missy in particular is such a great teacher because she gently pushes you to your limits and will often come by your mat and adjust you into a position you never thought you would ever be able to do. If I lived in the Tampa Bay area full time, I would be at this studio everyday!

Studio 108 is the best yoga studio in Tampa. Missy and her team lead fun, energetic classes and they are very welcoming. The classes are fun and challenging. One of my favorites is Funky Flow, but I haven’t ever been to a class I didn’t love. This studio has it all.
