Worst customer service ever! Good luck getting a consistent drink or even a smile, the manager with the long blonde braids is the worst offender and talked smack about me while I was still standing In Front of her. Take your money else where!!!

They don’t have enough seating at this location in the mall and the WiFi is unreliable. My other complaint is with Starbucks in general — I WANTORGANICCOFFEE! Pretty please with no whip on top. I don’t think I’m alone on this one. Coffee and tea tend to be VERY high in pesticides and molds. It would be nice to see this national brand elevate their offerings to include«cleaner» options. The coconut milk is a step in the right direction but it needs to have the added sugars removed.

Barista was rude & the worst white chocolate mocha I’ve ever had! Will not come back here! Don’t expect any smiles from the barista, she obviously doesn’t want to be here, I’m thinking she hates her job. I’ve been sitting in here for 30 minutes and have yet to see her smile. Ugh!

I was literally in and out of this location with in 5 minutes. The lady at the counter was very friendly. Parking was a little rough but this is the fastest location on westshore… located on westshore and cleveland.

If I could give a negative stars on this starbucks location, I very much would. The kid behind the counter didn’t get my name right, ok no big deal. I clearly and politely said no whip because it gets nasty on the bottom. The girl making I watched knowing out of their routine would put it on. Sure enough, she reaches for the whip dispenser and I spoke up nicely. She gave me a death stare and plastic smile that made me want to throw my beverage at her. I hope the manager sees my post and will give all of his staff a talking to on good customer service. I could see where I would be wrong if I was demanding and rude, but I was not all. A customer should feel good about their experience. I felt nothing but like an inconvenience. I will never go to this location again.

I’m a super fan of iced coffee. Not hot coffee poured over ice. Ice cold strong coffee. Especially when the weather is hot and I want to watch my calories. I skip the frappachino/lattes and order up a iced coffee, no cream, no sugar, just iced coffee. Yum!

When Starbucks first initiated its expansion it stressed service and quality for price. It was also known for providing good pay and benefits to its employees. Because I believed in those positive service traits of a good business I invested by purchasing a few shares of the company stock. Then Starbucks raised prices on all its drinks, ceased offering free internet connection at the stores, and declined in service to customers through longer wait time for orders, less attention to the cleanliness of the store, and workers not willing to listen to orders and requests of customers. Most coffee shops in my area offer free internet service-and are willing to make coffee at ½ the price of Starbucks-Its A Grind in particular and McDonald’s are more competitive in their price and service structure. We sincerely hope Starbucks’ management will work to deliver better service, value, and product once again to the clientèle it once served more professionally.
