Solstice Sunglasses

Jazmyn (who, according to her card is «Store Manager» and «Star Performer») totally lived up to those expectations when helping me with a problem with my Ray-​Bans.
When you need help after your purchase, you see how good a store really is. Jazymyn was absolutely amazing, she made my day, and she made Solstice in International Plaza my first choice for sunglasses!

I recently purchased a pair of $ 600 Dior sunglasses from Solstice @ International Plaza. A few weeks later, someone walked passed me a knocked them off my head… needless to say, I was devastated. The metal that holds the arm was bent out and they no longer fit my face. I took them to Solstice to see if anything could be done to salvage them. Jasmine went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied before I walked out of the store. My happiness was her #1 priority and for this reason I will only purchase my glasses from her in the future. Please go see her if you’re in the market for some new glasses ;)

I wanted to take the time to compliment Solstice on a GREAT hire! I was at International Mall, in Tampa, FL last night, at Gucci, trying to get some brand new sunglasses repaired that had broken after 5 weeks of buying them, in Rome. The salesperson at Gucci couldn’t fix them and recommended I go next door to Solstice. Frances was the sales clerk on duty. I told her about my disappointment in the broken sunglasses and the desire to have them fixed soon. She went above and beyond to fix the glasses for me, without asking for a receipt, which is what the manager at Gucci had done. (Frances knew how new the sunglasses were) Not only did she fix my glasses, but she also gave me a smaller, less cumbersome case, in which to keep them. I have never shopped at Solstice before, but will not go anywhere else for my sunglass purchases, from this day forward! Thank you ever SO much Frances! Your level of customer service is hard to come by these days and is MUCH appreciated!!! She definitely deserves some kudos for all of her efforts.
