While this place is small and could use some new machines, it is very convenient, and it is a nice relief from the regular gym with all the sweaty men. Classes are good, they have some great trainers who teach, the daycare is very clean, it has been years since my son was young enough he needed to go, but they have a very dedicated lady who is still there, while she is strict, it keeps the kids safe and the daycare clean! Pricing is fair. I pay up front and they do give a discount for that!

Gym is old and outdated. Group classes are good. Bad review is for their horrible contracts and billing company. Basically impossible to cancel membership even if contract is expired. I had to eventually dispute all charges with my bank for shapes to stop billing me. I suggest trying any of the nicer gyms in the area for the same cost.
