I hate to leave bad reviews, but this one needs to be done. I scheduled an appt w/​Dr. Kumar’s office. Had an in-​depth telephone review with a nice receptionist, gave insurance info for verification. Discussed my dental issue and an appt was made for the following week. Kumar’s office called to remind me and I said I’ll be there. I arrived exactly at my appointment time and completed the new patient paperwork. Patients came and went, I could hear the receptionist and the dentist talking about payment from patients, etc, problems with the printer, xrays that wouldn’t load into an email. I sat there waiting to be seen for my PRE-​SCHEDULED appointment. I sat and waited and waited and waited. For TWO HOURS, I patiently waited to be seen. Finally, I told the receptionist that I had waited long enough and I left. TWO HOURS is way too long for a new patient to wait to be seen, after being verified and setting up an appointment a week in advance.

I’ve been going to see Dr. Kumar and his staff for years. Very friendly, very professional. They will explain procedures and payments. Comfortable office. I’d def recommend them.

great dentist, works well with other specialists, located in heart of Seminole Heights. would be 5 stars but difficult to make appointments via email and takes awhile to schedule — otherwise — great office w/​TVs in every room, comfortable, smart provider. i have to coordinate with an orthodontist and peridontist and office staff is usually up to date on my last visits with those specialists and provide good records to those specialists.

Dr. Kumar and his staff are wonderful. I have been to them twice now and I recommend them to everyone. They are caring, attentive, understanding, personable and hard working. They go the extra mile to make sure that I am comfortable and healthy. I really appreciate everything they’ve done for me. I won’t go anywhere else.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kumar and his assistants. Always friendly and genuinely interested in me. I’ve been going there for years initially because it was the only dentist in the neighborhood but I’ve stayed loyal to them because they’ve earned it.
Besides the staff, the very best part is that most rooms face a central garden and pond area that instantly relaxes you. TVs are also included in every room too if you need distracting. I haven’t taken my little one there but maybe it’s time I do. I’m sure he’ll be in capable, caring hands.
Last thing… a friend of mine who was in dire need of dental treatment but had no insurance nor much money was treated for a trade. I don’t recall what the trade was but I thought that was pretty darn decent!
