RCT Disaster Recovery

Absolutely the worst construction company in the state of Florida. Very unprofessional, des respectful, unethical, and the very lowest level of customer service possible. You can expect one lie after another. No one has a clue what they are doing. RCT and its representatives will contract a General Contractor to be responsible for your project, but RCT will be absent the entire time except when they want you to sign a document for them to get paid. They will promise you the moon and then backpedal and try to make you pay extra for it. Nothing is ever on the original scope. You will not find anyone to clearly explain the project’s budget to you.
