I arrived during Michael’s lunch break and he was kind enough to get me checked in and into my unit. I was looking for a small storage unit for a few months and after looking at the big name units and saw their prices. i was like WTF! Rainbow had the size I was look for and for a great price for the amount of stuff I needed to store. I luckily got the last smallest storage size, so thanks.

After relocating to Tampa and comparing many different storage units in nearby Westchase, Rainbow Mini Storage had me at their awesome pricing! What I was surprised by is their outstanding customer service. Kevin took my phone call and got the unit ready for us over the phone. He was so accommodating and kind. He even mentioned to give him a call (after business hours as we couldn’t check out the unit until we got off work), if the unit was too small and he would meet us to upgrade to a larger unit. I LOVE me some good customer service and management. Kevin, thank you so much! We will be sure to spread the word!
Tip: if you already have Renters Insurance you may be able to use that coverage and save yourself $ 9.00 a month. Check into that before opting in for what they offer.
