Radisson Bay Harbor Hotel

went to this hotel for a night last night cost me $ 300 a night took 3 hours 2 check in. took me 4 hours 2 leave for what they charge they should b a lot better will get my money back from bank it was that bad. never ever ever ever stay at that hotel

Unfortunately the negative reviews that I did not read before booking this hotel turned out to be true.
I contacted the management by email during our recent stay and received absolutely no response. Part of the email is quoted blow:
We are checking out tomorrow morning. I write to insist on partial refund of my bill. Between having to leave on Sunday with no shower and not being able to use the toilet, to cold showers during our stay, excessive noise from adjacent rooms, excessive noise from Whisky Joe’s on Friday and Saturday nights, a dehumidifier running constantly in the hall, our stay with you has been unacceptable.
The indifference of the hotel staff is apparently inspired by hotel management. No response at all?
The city side overlooks the parking lot and gets no evening sun. The bayside has a nice view and afternoon/​evening sun but the music from nearby Whisky Joe’s plays late on Friday and Saturday night. The hotels bar/​patio was largely empty.
Our taxi driver said that despite several rebranding efforts, etc, nothing ever changes at this property.
I would not return to this property ever!

I have to say the stay at this place was amazing. Love the room and balcony and how the back entrance you come out to the Tampa Bay view and sun. The front desk women are extremely nice my boyfriend left his sunglasses at the gazebo area and someone must of return them to the front desk and the women had them, we were so amazed with the honesty. The beds and towels were always in our room when returning from our day. Love the orange and lime/​lemon water in the lobby very refreshing. The pool was amazing in the night very warm and felt so nice. The price for our stay was great. When I decide to come back I’ll be here again.

Terrible management and staff.
I’ve never dealt with people who are so unresponsive and incompetent.
They are basically thieves so don’t ever book here.
Why are they allowed on the booking sites?

No hot water. No notice. No big deal when it was mentioned at the front desk. Ok rooms for the price. Not recommendable

If i could do 0 star i would they didn’t let to check in to brother and he had to sleep at the parking lot in the car … His card declined he offered cash ad deposit … I called try to talk to manager but they don’t care about their customers … Just ridicules …
