Quality Plus Cleaners – Village Plaza

Not only was stuff done incorrectly, all of my boyfriends work shorts are severely faded. They ruined multiple shirts of his and faded a pitch black pair of pants that are mine. I will not recommend this to anyone and I will not use this company again. Very frustrating.

I had used the same dry cleaners for almost 11 years so when they ruined a pair of my husband’s dress slacks I felt they should have compensated us for the cost of those nice pants (they had only been worn 3 times and the receipt was only 60 days old). So when my former dry cleaners would NOT do anything other than a $ 10 credit off future dry cleaning I was forced to switch.
I am THRILLED that I had to find a new one because Quality Plus dry cleaners is a well run business, and they have great staff at this Westchase locations on Linebaugh Avenue. I am greeted with a smile every time I walk in, and the smell of Subway next door baking fresh bread gets me every visit!
There are always coupons for this place so I save even more than their fair pricing already which is great. And the clothes look and feel fantastic after they are done with them.

I’ve been going there for several years, but recently the chemical they’re using in the dry cleaning process have and odor that is appalling. That odor combined with the expensive prices have made it a place too unacceptable for me to continue using.

My son is going to Washington for a National Youth Leadership Program next week. I had to get some suits dry cleaned for them and I recieved a coupon int he mail for this Dry Cleaners. I have never had things dry cleaned so I didn’t know of any great place to go. I dropped the clothes off on Friday and the girl working the desk wasn’t the most friendly. She was actually on a person call when I walked in and made it seem like I was bothering her by coming in. Then when I went Tuesday to pick the clothes up there was another girl was working and again got the same customer service. The clothes were fine and I guess that was the thing I should be worried about, however I work in customer service and I expect the same service I give when I go into any place
