Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits

took 30 min to get my order when I got home we noticed that the chicken was not all the way done their to call the store and no awsner for 2 hours called today and got a very rude and nasty person who told me owell please don’t go to this store

4 stars for a fast food place is not my norm, but this location continues to impress. The food is standard Popeye’s with fried chicken, shrimp, and Louisiana themed sides. The food is definitely on the high end for fast food, and has the best fried chicken of any major chain in my opinion.
What sets this location apart is the staff. Every time I have been here the customer service is outstanding. I don’t mean by fast food standards either. I’ve run customer service operations for several companies, and am consistently impressed by the genuine customer interactions from the staff here. It shows not only with the in person interactions, but the place is always spotless, well organized, and well maintained.

Five stars for a fast food joint? You betcha!
We’d been looking for a quick dinner in Carrollwood when I spotted Popeye’s. For those of you who are just getting to know my Unilocal style, I am a sucker for fried chicken. Seriously. I digress.
I’ve been to a few Popeye’s in the past and have never been disappointed. When we walked into this location I was blown away. It was actually kind of swanky! Sure, it still has the tables that are customary at all quick service restaurants. But it had a theme, decorative touches, and it was nearly spotless.
That’s thanks in part to the awesome Popeye’s crew. There was this one guy, and I’m kicking myself that I didn’t get his name. He was what I imagine the role model employee would look like. He had a genuine smile during the whole transaction, and was happy to give us information on current deals.
Our food came out fast and fresh. It was a perfect meal, and I’m happy to say that my chicken was done just right.
Eating a delicious meal in a clean location with a crew that cares about my experience is all I want and Popeye’s far exceeded my expectations.
