Popeyes Chicken and Biscuits

As far as fast food fried chicken & seafood goes this place is pretty good with their consistency in hot fresh meals and courteous customer service. I have only gone through the drive-​thru, and everything has been pretty prompt from taking my order to serving the meal. I’m a sucker for real chicken tenders and mashed potatoes-​and this location does it all the time for me.

Driving around in Tampa, you notice tons of touristy things to go and do around Bush Gardens. I wanted some chicken tenders. Not just any chicken tenders but spicy chicken tenders. Popeye’s had the remedy I was looking for.
I ordered the chicken tenders and was told it would be a 5 minute wait and if I was okay with waiting. Now that’s a considerate gentlemen! of course I don’t mind waiting since you asked so nicely.
After the wait I was presented with double the order! That’s right, I ordered 4 pieces and got 8. Just because I had to wait a little longer than expected.
People here in Tampa sure are nice! I will be sure to come back to this place and have more fried chicken next time I am in town!
