Food is really good. The rotisserie chicken is great. The rice is fresh beans tasted good. Service was good. The soup was very good as well. Good and Fresh for a fast food type of place. I will be back next time I’m in Tampa Busch gardens area.

Food is decent, place is dirty. Customer service is ok, depending on who you get. They’ve messed up my order several times, still tastes fine. It can go from it tastes great, to the rice being smokey and grilled chicken being too hard to eat. It’s like a hit and miss with this place. Sometimes their sauces taste good and fresh, other times they taste like they’ve been siting out for days.

Hit or miss. Great prices and when it’s good it is bussin. I used to go there frequently but stopped after getting rice that was undercooked and rock hard twice in a span of a few weeks. Go to tacosun for authentic Spanish food.

The food here is edible, but the restaurant is a fucking dump. Everything was dirty, trays were stacked a mile high on top of the trash bins and there were small ants crawling all over the salsa bar. This place is in dire need of a facelift. There are places on the walls that should be painted, and instead of doing so, they just threw up some kind of strange Pepsi wallpaper, even in the bathroom. It was just strange.
The food and the low prices aren’t enough to drag my ass back to this shithole.

Wow! Pleasantly surprised by this place. I ordered the chicken and it was amazing. Mojo flavored and perfectly grilled. Looks like a fast food place, but the flavor and freshness of the food will really surprise you!

Been here 3 times. Really hits the spot when I want some fast, homemade tasting food. Love their sauces as well. Drive through is fast and efficient. Highly recommend over any fast food restaurant around USF area. more

My family has bragged about living this place so much that my Puerto Rican mother-​in-​law refuses to eat here… NO JOKE!
We always get: grilled Steak/​Chicken and Steak/​Chicken salteado, plantains, tostones and red beans. Very tasty.
They have a sauce bar that has some interesting items, but I am not crazy about the communal nature of it. I have seen some sneezing from customers, so now I steer clear.
Overall a good offering for entrées.

This place has some really good tasty Rotisserie Chicken. It’s not Pollo Tropical but it definitely hits the spot. Their rice and beans are good as well. I recommend this place if you are ever in the area.

Stayed across the street from this place while going to Busch Gardens. Didn’t look like much, but the shuttle driver said it was good, so we gave it a try.
So glad we did. Food was excellent. My wife had the Steak Saltado. Great flavor of cilantro. The black beans were very flavorful and my Bistec de Pollo had great flavor.
Would highly recommend.

We visited this place while on spring break in the Tampa area. To put it bluntly, they serve tasty whole food at a great deal. There was a sizable amount of protein in both entrees we ordered, the chicken and the beef with rice and beans. Pair it with some salsa, hot sauce and onions and its a fiesta for your taste buds. The seating area is spacious and reminds me of a Burger King. I would have been back had I been in the area for a bit longer.

I’m sad to report that I visited this place yesterday and was very sad at what happened. I have visited this place quite a few times since I first posted, never had an issue, so you can take this for what it is worth. Long story short, I ordered the ½ chicken, yellow rice and red beans, got home and bit into the chicken and it was spoiled. I took it back and the manager tried to defend his position, but I have been a cook for too long to not know what spoiled rotten chicken smells like and now I know what it tastes like. So I had just left the place with my order 10 minutes earlier and dived right in when I got home, I came right back and he asked me for my receipt. I couldn’t find it on me, it must have been in my car… total was $ 6.96, he tried to replace the food with more but I was too apprehensive. Unfortunately, u only give restaurants one shot to sicken me. Clean place, but not sure what happened. I hope you don’t have same experience

Not crazy about this place, it looked promising but the food is just not that good. I got to try a decent variety from the menu, found it to be bland. tried doctoring it with some of the sauces they had available and it didn’t make much of a difference. It’s in a great location, service was ok, establishment was an average clean, nothing was really worth bragging home about, maybe I went on a bad day who knows.

DELICIOUS!!! Simple with subtle seasonings that make you dream about eating it all over again. The grilled chicken sandwich with extra onions with the garlic parsley sauce (its on the the sauces bar). Delicious and simple. The mojo pork sandwich, the shredded chicken sandwich and the rotisserie chicken are also GREAT. The best is the chicken fried rice, I took it to a dinner party and everyone loved it. Again, subtle flavors but memorable. I have to admit I was a little disappointed with the chicken being slightly dry on one occasion, but generally it has been really good. I have gotten take out at least 10 times in the last 3 weeks. My friend LOVES the beef salteado. He can’t get enough of it with the french fries. A great drive thru restaurant! Its Peruvian food and I have been to Peru. Just wish they served Pisco Sours. :-)

The chicken. Oh. My. God. The chicken is amazing here.
So, we decided to give this place a shot. Unfurtunately, the menu on their website doesn’t work, but I did pull up their menu after a short Google search. Boyfriend goes to pick up the food and comes back. My house smells like you could start gnawing away on the walls. It smells THAT good in here. I don’t know exactly how they do their rotisseries, but the chicken was moist (to the point of it straight up sliding off the bone) and flavorful.
The black beans were a tiny bit flavorless. Might help if they added some onion to it. But all in all, definitely worth it.
We will definitely be returning.
And to the person above me who mentioned a Pollos Hermanos vibe: Get back to work.

I enjoyed trying Pollo Rumbero and would definitely go back. The steak plate is a good deal, the fried fish is also good. They have an impressive rotisserie chicken set up, but I found the chicken to be not as flavorful as I would have liked and overcooked. There were several sauces and salsas to try. They were interesting, but none of them blew me away. For me, Pollo Tropical is better. But I do recommend the steak and fried fish and this place is definitely worth trying.

I was excited to see this place opening a few weeks ago. The Busch Gardens neighborhood needs more decent food options and I’ve always been a fan of anything with «pollo» in the name. Walking in, I definitely got a Pollos Hermanos vibe… in a good way. Their logos, colors and setup are similar.
The food was great. We got the family deal for take out: $ 10.99 for a whole chicken with rice and beans. Unfortunately, upon arriving home and opening our food we realized that they had only given us one half of a chicken, which is a separate deal for I believe $ 6.99. We called them and they said to come back — thankfully we don’t live far, so we went back and got the rest of the food. It was worth it to get what we paid for because it is a lot of food and deliciously roasted. I’m happy they were willing to fix our order and for that reason we will be back soon!
