Hey pool supplies are like groceries, and if you get the proper combination, there’s less physical work to be done on the pool and more enjoyment time. These guys are very knowledgeable and I really appreciate that they are not always trying to sell me things I don’t need I hate the rule they started last year, that if you don’t buy a liner you have to lift the chlorine in yourself. Prior to the liner enforcement, I could pull in pop the trunk and by the time I paid, 3 jugs were filled, in my trunk and I was on my way. Ok so now it takes 1 baby step more, that doesn’t negate the employee’s doing a good job. I have gone in with no water sample and described what was going on I’m my pool and they always know what I am talking about and give me a few options to get rid of my problem. I have found if I follow their advice and use the amounts they say, my problems are cleared up in a few days. Been going here for years and have never had a problem. LOL they see my car pull in and someone is on their way out to get the empty chlorine jugs. I just added a *, because in writing this I have realized that they really do look out for me. I think we tend to view pool supplies as a necessary evil, which of course they are, so we take them for granted, until someone comments on how blue and inviting your pool looks. What’s a girl to do? All pools need proper nutrients to keep them running properly, just like our bodies.

We went here on Saturday to try and get some pool chemicals. We walked in and wondered around for about 7 mins(and it’s a small store) and not a single employee aknowledge us. Oh wait no one of the guys walked up to my boyfriend took the chlorine container from him without saying a word not a good afternnon, how are you today, can I help you. He went filled the chroline container and walked it out to set it next to my car, again without a word to us. I finally went up to three of them standing around talking to each other and asked for a certain vaccuum. One of the guys said«Oh that vaccuum is in the back because it isn’t a good vaccuum». He proceeds to bring it out set it on the floor and walks away. Ok as someone who works in retail if a customer ask for something you can do two things 1. get the product the customer wants 2. explain to the customer if that is not a good product why it’s not and maybe an alternative product. Needless to say I paid for the $ 4 container of chlorine and went to Leslie’s Pool Supply and ended up spending over $ 500 with Leslie’s
