The staff was very patient when we had a big party. The music and atmosphere on a Saturday night was fun. I would like to see more food selection or better options. However, the food was good for a bowling alley.

There are quite a few bowling spots around Tampa, but this by far is the cleanest and nicest location of the bunch, it has great food, affordable games, and a friendly staff. We’ve had multiple birthday parties there and we always have a good time, plus you can’t beat their weekly deals.

We hosted a birthday party at this location. It was amazing! The staff was on top of everything and the experience was more than I could have expected. They decorate the tables in your party space, provide treat bags for the kids, set up the lanes, get the shoes, and take care of anything you need. The kids had a blast and the parents were impressed by the service.

There is always an awesome deal going on every night. Some sort of special. If not there are coupons with specials. It’s a fun bowling alley with a bowling ball store and repair shop inside. The staff is always friendly and the food is the normal fried stuff you can get anywhere. Their lanes are very clean and they have all sizes of balls for small hands to large hands. I forgot my socks and when I rented my shoes they gave me a pair! Thanks coz I hate buying socks from the vending machine as they are always ‘men sized’ and i’m more like a child size. =p It wasn’t packed when we got in so luckily were were put on a lane along side our friends. It is very bright inside and on Fridays they have cyber bowling and it turns into a club with top 40 playing and everyone having a good time.

They always have some thing going on in this bowling alley. Always a good place to hang out with friends and have some nice friendly game. Staff are nice and very helpful. We arrived later than our friends but they already knew that we were part of the group and put us next to our party. Never had bad experience with them. Great place to celebrate bday party if you just wanted to be with friends!

Had a great time tonight. I had been bowling once in the last 10 years, but we decided to try this place out. We weren’t sure what to expect because the parking lot was very crowded. When we checked in they said it was a 30 min wait, but we only waited 10 min. Got a drink at the bar while waiting, bartenders were very friendly and drinks were reasonable. It was 40 $ for 3 of us on the lane for 2 hours. They were doing cyber bowling which was silly and fun. The pizza was really good too. Alley and tables were very clean, but my bf said the men’s room was disgusting. Would like to see purse hooks under the tables, didn’t really have a safe place to put my purse. Very diverse crowd and everyone was friendly and having fun. We will be back, possibly during the week when it’s slower.

I was going crazy about what to do for my sons birthday party. It’s right in middle of summer and is terribly hot this time of year and I did not want to do a park party. My son was turning 4 and I wanted adults to be able to come to. Out of no where I thought a bowling party. I went down to pin chasers immediately and inquired about a birthday party. The lady was very friendly and I made a reservation. A week before the birthday then the party lady gave me a call to set up all the arrangements. The lady told me all I had to bring was cake they provide the rest ! Wow when I mean they provide everything and pretty much any decoration you ask for. The girl that was in charge of my party, I believe her name was Shelly did an excellent job! She even went to extent of playing with kids. Everyone was fed and kept with drinks on hand. All kids and adults had a wonderful time. Not to forget the pizza was pretty good! I never thought the party would have turned out as awesome as it did! Thank you Pin Chasers! I would recommend to anyone looking for a party or just a good time out with the kids, or family and friends.

It’s ok here-it’s a typical bowling alley, but the staff as a whole needs to get it together. My friend made reservations on their website and received a confirmation, but then when we got there, they told us they don’t honor those reservations. What? And this was a PRE-​TEEN girl who told us this. They literally had some little girl working the hostess stand! And she had quite the attitude. Finally, my friend talked to an adult and we got in and bowled a few games. The hassle of getting into the place makes me want to never go there again.

I hosted my company Holiday Party here, and they were awesome! The staff was super helpful with every part of the party. They helped me bring every thing in for the party, set it up and cleaned everything up afterwards. The bowling alley itself was super clean, friendly staff and huge. They definitely have a large facility that seems to be very accommodating to everyone. Their prices weren’t bad either in fact, soda/​drinks/​food were all very reasonably priced!
I would recommend hosting any type of party here at this location or even just dropping by for a fun game or two.

BEST BOWLING ALLEY EVER! Clean, non smoking, full bar, awesome menu, game room, pool tables, darts and the bowling alley is neat and clean. Very friendly staff and the bowling in inexpensive and reasonable priced. Kid friendly!

I had not been bowling in years and reluctantly met some friends at Pin Chasers. I sure am glad I let them talk me into trying it out. We all had a fun & wonderful evening. We started out with a couple covktails, just to get warmed up for the bowling. I was amazed, the bartender was great, as we’re the prices.
The bowling all is super clean and looks to be your typical bowling alley. After the first game, we were just chatting & enjoying the great upbeat music, when all odds a sudden the lights dimmed. What, we were freaking & wondering what to do. Then the disco balls started and a good laugh was had by all. Of course this led to many stories from us, about our disco days.
What a terrific venue for friends or family to meet and spend time together. Pin Chasers is located on Hillsborough Ave., if heading Wesr, it is on the North side of the street, before you get to the Parkway overpass, it is hard to miss.
An enjoyable evening was had by one & all, even this reluctant doubting individusl. We laughed so much our faces actually hurt. Now that is a great time for not big bucks!
What’s a girl to do? Be open to new ideas and suggestions & enjoy life.

Had such a blast here with my family the other day! It was such a fun atmosphere; everyone was having a good time. They play awesome music that makes me just wanna get up and dance all the time. We played for a couple of hours, and when our time was up, the staff was gracious enough to add a little more time so we could finish our last game. Like most bowling alleys, every now and then something screwy happens with the pins; they don’t reset right, but it was fine and it didn’t really interrupt our game.
About halfway through our stay, they turned the lights out and just had the disco balls and black lights! It was awesome. This place is like a night club. However, it made it a lot harder to aim correctly when bowling, because you can’t see the arrows on the lanes. It would be nice if they could get glow in the dark arrows.
This is the perfect place to have a family fun day!

I had my son’s birthday party here. The lanes are clean and very neat. They did a great job setting up for the party. The hostess was really sweet and catered to our every need. Allison even sent my son a birthday card! The food was great and we had no issues whatsoever. They really went the extra mile to make sure my son felt special on his special day! I would definately come back again!!!

UPDATE one year later!
My family came again on a Sunday, which apparently gets super busy and packed. I’ve never been told there’s a 45 minute wait for a lane before! We waited anyway and passed the time by playing in the Game Room. Fortunately, it wasn’t a full 45 minutes.
The guy at the counter says that it’s a better deal to do their special of 2 hours of bowling + pitcher of soda or beer for $ 59.00 for 4 – 6 people. We had 9, so we did two of those. We get shoes, balls, enter our names, then get bowling. Now normally, I thought that bowling time doesn’t start until you roll the first ball of your first game. Then there’s that timer that shows up on the screen telling you how much time is left. I didn’t notice that timer. Our time comes to an end, and I check my watch. I check my receipt. It’s about 2 hours after the timestamp on my receipt. Hmm, I’m pretty sure it took us more time than that to get started. So I complain to a nearby employee. Turns out they only give you 5 minutes from cash out to game start. «People could end up taking 20 – 30 minutes just hanging out before bowling.» Uh, NO. I’m pretty sure people come here to bowl AND it definitely takes more than 5 minutes for 9 people to get settled. I was so frustrated and kept arguing with him trying to explain why it didn’t make sense to me. I got nothing for it.
I know I was probably only fighting for maybe 10 more minutes of bowling time, but to me, it just seems like it’s the principle of the matter. I didn’t get the full 2 hours that I paid for.
So I really do not want to come back here. If for some reason I do, I would only pay per game rather than per hour, or come for their unlimited deal. However, we did find a cockroach in one of the slices of pizza before. YIKES.

If you’re going to bowl in Tampa, you should bowl at Pin Chasers. Their facilities are clean, kid friendly, and they have great lanes. Everything is maintenanced and well serviced. They have quasi decent food for a bowling alley and a decent bar. If you ever have to plan a special event EG birthday party, I would also recommend Pinchasers. My daughter just attended a party here, and hands down the staff were so on top of everything, the service was really unbeatable. If you needed anything they were right there! Kudos to Pin Chasers for not only being a great bowling alley, but having great service.

A clean, well maintained bowling alley with nice lanes, plenty of parking and really tasty inexpensive food? Have I died and gone to heaven? I hope not, because my game is not averaging over 200 yet! LOL
Good clean family fun. No drama, no fights, no groups of obnoxious teenagers making out (at least not this visit) and no drunk degenerates ruining a perfectly good evening with the family. Richard recommended.

This is a good neighborhood bowling alley. The prices are reasonable. I like it because it is smoke free and kid friendly.
The food is what you would expect to get at a bowling alley. The have a fryer and a flat grill. The bar is moderately priced as well. Overall I would recommend this place it is one of the better bowling alleys in Tampa.

What can I say, it is a bowling alley. The staff is friendly, the pace is clean, the area may scare some off, but it really shouldn’t. They have a rewards program (for you avid bowlers out there). They also have a full liquor bar, and a little café offering your common bowling alley foods (that I would have nothing to do with). I read last time that they have bowling classes. They also advertise their leagues so that others can easily join.
My only complaint is that they don’t have 9pound balls, but I am not even sure if those exist.

I have to disagree with the first two reviewers. The prices at Pin Chasers are CHEAP!
The bowling alley constantly runs specials. A game is under $ 5 and includes free shoe rental. Adults can play for 2 hours for $ 9 and children can play for 2 hours for $ 8. You can’t even go to the movies for those type of prices!!! I get Pin Chaser Fliers and Coupons in my mailbox weekly and they always seem to be running a special.
I really like how clean and modern the facility is. At Tampa Lanes you are allowed to smoke inside (gross!). No smoking at Pin Chasers! This is a smoke free, kid friendly bowling alley. The perfect spot to have a birthday party or spend a rainy Saturday bowling at.
I can’t vouch for the food since I haven’t had it, but I will vouch for the prices. Check out their cyber bowling; it’s a blast!
