Bought a Groupon last year 2014 for a facial and massage. The massage was good but the Facial was not a good experience. The room had bright lights that almost blind you and I could hear a lady in another room MOANING in pain from a procedure she recently had there. I could not wait to get out of there… Do not recommend this place to anyone unfortunately.

Got a Groupon as a birthday gift here. My mom had never been here before. Was a good deal.
Turned out to be… Worst place ever. I’ll get right to the issues.
The massage was okay till she skipped over the foot massage.
Then while rubbing my legs she was texting on her phone.
The music was smooth jazz Christmas Holiday songs (in the middle of August) … Or R&B music.
The facial was just as bad.
No mood lighting, a bright over head light was on.
When I was left to «Relax» was left in the dark.
When she came back turned the bright over head light back on and totally shocked my eyes.
When she was done cleaning up my face & I left I looked in the mirror I had white lotion all over my neck & face still.
How could she let me leave with white patches all over my face.
Unbelievable.
The staff was nice but with that kind of service it was shocking.

Claudia did a facial for me and it was amazing! I will be back for sure with all the other services she provides, I believe that I have found my GO TO spot. Thank you Claudia
