This place sucks! Wouldn’t even give it one star but couldn’t give less! They ordered the wrong contacts then after waiting a month for he correct ones we find out they hadn’t even ordered them!!! Go elsewhere!!!

This place deserves zero stars. My kids had scheduled appointments that I left work early for. We waited 45 minutes past our appointment time, the doctor had no idea BOTH my kids were getting exams, then we waited and hour and a half just to get the prescriptions. We left grumpy, and when my husband took the kids elsewhere to choose frames he realizes we had someone else’s prescription, AND they charged they charged our insurance for frames we never ordered! Absolutely ridiculous. Run away from this place!

Not even worth one star. Ordered in correct glasses and the took over a week to reorder. Also do not honor appt. Stay away.

My husband and I have be going to this store for years and have always called weeks in advance to schedule our appointments. Our usual time to wail has been anywhere from 45min to a hour with a schedule appointment. The last time I made a appointment my husband and I showed up 10min early and was told it was going to be a hour wait, so therefore we did some shopping in the mall. We returned to the store and was told it would be another hour, so we left. I would like to know what is the point of making appointments when they take walk-ins before us who don’t make appointments. Needless to say I started looking for a new eye doctor. This is bad customer service, I have recommended Optical outlets to my friends, I will no longer do so.

Don’t bother going there the receptionists are more concerned with each other than actually help customers. They kept talking about there weekend and who was going to get more wasted.

My family has been getting our eye exams here for a few years. The doctor they had before was often pretty rude but they got a new doctor that has been great. However, today I called to schedule my next exam and to get some help with my contact lenses. I ran out and being that I have an exam coming up in 2 weeks wanted to see if I could buy a sample just to last those 2 weeks. I don’t want to purchase 2 full boxes when I need to upgrade to the astigmatism lenses. I was told that even though I get my exams there each year as does my wife and kids, that since I buy my contacts online, they couldn’t help me. I was told that if I had bought my lenses there they would just give me a sample for free. But, even though my family are repeat customers that have paid for exams and glasses there, they could not make an exception. I am not one to leave bad reviews, but I even clarified with them that even though I am a customer of a few years and my family as well and I plan to spend money on exams there again in 2 weeks, they did not want to make an exception, This is not smart and we are now looking for somewhere else that will appreciate our business. Sometimes it takes things like this for a business to wake up and start treating customers better.
