I just happen to find this place through Unilocal. This is the best place to buy middle eastern food. Bernard the owner is a very nice man and takes good care of us. I drive almost 45 minutes to the store to buy all of my Middle Eastern food. I will definitely buy all of my Middle Eastern bakery bakery goods from there.

Very friendly staff and best place in Tampa to get fresh grape leaves and hummus. My favorite middle eastern bakery for about 4 years now!

Another comment mentioned that the GPS will take you to a dead end road. The GPS in my Merc finally got me here, but it definitely took a scenic route, and the parking lot looks like it took a few rounds of mortar fire. Anyway, on to the store! I had no idea what to really expect from a middle eastern market, so this was my first time in one. The variety of fresh, frozen, and canned foods was incredible. They had countless spices you’d never find in Target or Publix, and all for very affordable prices. The fresh and frozen foods all looked very good, even if I was a little underwhelmed by the amount of goods for sale in the bakery. Their homemade was amazing! They also had a wide range of Hookahs if that’s your thing, but I don’t know an awful lot about hookahs so I can’t comment on their selection. I plan to visit again in hopes that they’ll have more baked goods for sale(like Maamoul). I’ll also have to pick up some more of their delicious labneh!

Awesome selection of middle-eastern specialty foods. I was on the hunt for good Labneh and turns out they make their own and import the hard to find kinds. All the breads had a nice warm steam inside proving they’re homemade and made same day!

Huge variety of middle eastern foods, the desserts and random items from the bakery are delicious as well. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. The family is very kind. They also sell a verity of hookah supplies. Fresh and frozen foods.

A friend of mine told me about oasis bakery. Don’t rely on the GPS to take you there, it will take you to a dead end road, a mile from the store, I mention it the person working behind the counter, he told me that there are aware of that and they are trying to take care of it. Now back to the store. It is a middle eastern grocery store, mainly lebanese. They have a big variety of canned food, from hummus to baba ghanouj, if you prefer it fresh, they make it daily, plus they make fresh kibbeh, stuffed grape leaves(vegetarian and with meat) since they also have bakery, they make delicious lebanese meat pie, manaeesh pie(oregano, sesame seeds, olive oil), the also have wide choice of pita bread(gluten free, whole wheat) and if you are looking for hookah tobacco, they also have many flavors. I can easily see my self becoming a regular

This is the only specialty grocery store I have found in Tampa offering a full range of middle-eastern foods, canned/dry, frozen, chilled, and cooked to-go. The place is nearly invisible, tucked into a triangular cluster of bars/shops at the intersection of Skipper & Bearss. Especially useful in finding unique herbs/seasonings like sumac & zaatar, as well as many varieties of olives in bulk. Many cheese/dairy options including fetas, white cheeses, laban, ghee and labna. Several options for take-out food at low prices, and extremely helpful clerk, who answered all questions and gave us freshly baked samples of zaatar bread, a wonderful mix of thyme, sesame, salt and sumac(red powdered spice with lemon pepper tang) Also a nice selection of cookware, teapots, etc. We will be back.

An excellent Middle Eastern store with top notch grape leaves, hummus, feta, olives, zaatar bread, etc. Lebanese if I remember correctly. Not too anti-American I don’t think.
